    Great videos!!!
I’m doing the exact same rebuild to a 98 right now.
These videos are great to have for a reference to what I’m doing at the time.
I kinda went off the beaten path and added some subtle red in the mix, like the shock spring, because I’m going with a makita graphics kit that has a bit of red in there.
I hope you plan to record the top end rebuild as well.
Thanks, you’ve made this build much easier for sure bud.

Thanks for the feedback yes I will make a video of all the engine work. Good luck with your 98 model sounds like it will be a nice bike.

With the video sped up the Dremel sound reminded me of being at the dentist. Almost like the engine was getting it's teeth cleaned!

Haha yeah it does sound like that but much cheaper than the dentist lol.

Use a golfball for your exhaust port. It fits snug perfect👍😎

Can those dremels end up wearing where the seals are located, in between where the casings connect.

Question, what do you do when you remove the top end and see a little bit of surface rust inside? Take it all apart and clean it off, or can i use a solvent of some sort??

I’m dreading doubt this to my kdx200 this coming week. Previous wiener didn’t clean the bike well for years smh. Never buying a bike that needs (a little work) again lol.
