Great videos!!! I’m doing the exact same rebuild to a 98 right now. These videos are great to have for a reference to what I’m doing at the time. I kinda went off the beaten path and added some subtle red in the mix, like the shock spring, because I’m going with a makita graphics kit that has a bit of red in there. I hope you plan to record the top end rebuild as well. Thanks, you’ve made this build much easier for sure bud.
Greetings from finland, can you do videotutorial how to adjust the rm 125 power valve because i have issues with it. My rm125 doesnt have power on low rpm, all the power at high rpm.
Question, what do you do when you remove the top end and see a little bit of surface rust inside? Take it all apart and clean it off, or can i use a solvent of some sort??
I’m dreading doubt this to my kdx200 this coming week. Previous wiener didn’t clean the bike well for years smh. Never buying a bike that needs (a little work) again lol.
That motor turned out really good The whole bike's going to be amazing can't wait to see when it's done
Thanks mate I'm interested to have a look inside the engine see if is good or not.
Just finished watching every episode of this build. Great job on it so far really looking forward to the finished bike👍
Thanks mate appreciate the feedback and support 👌😎

Thanks for the feedback yes I will make a video of all the engine work. Good luck with your 98 model sounds like it will be a nice bike.
Looks a whole lot better.
Thanks Joe Joe interested to see inside of the motor hopefully it's good.
With the video sped up the Dremel sound reminded me of being at the dentist. Almost like the engine was getting it's teeth cleaned!
Haha yeah it does sound like that but much cheaper than the dentist lol.
That stuff really works well eh, good job 👌
Thanks bro appreciate the feedback...
Use a golfball for your exhaust port. It fits snug perfect👍😎
Thanks for the tips.
That engine is going to turn out looking amazing, seems the Mothers aluminum wheel cleaner works really well.
Yeah mate Mothers is a great product I love it.

Yeah mate now to take a look on the inside..
Broken Sprocket hopefully she in good nick 🤞🏻
Can those dremels end up wearing where the seals are located, in between where the casings connect.

What tool is that? Thanks
I have a pull start, and I’m wondering if I were to pressure wash my engine around that area could it possible fuck things up yk?
It could damage components so be mindful of that.
Broken Sprocket such like the ground or the kill? Could I tape them off like you did to the carb?
Sorry to ask off topic , but do suzuki still make the rmx450z and are they road legal cheers
Can’t seem to find them on Suzuki site
Hi Bob if your in Australia they stoped in 2016 and only street legal in 2015 and 2016. Mine is a 2015 street legal.
