MMPA2024 | Building of the Year Winner

The 2024 Michelmores Property Awards mark 21 years of celebrating the best property, development and construction projects in the South West.
Winterstoke Hundred Academy has won the award for Building of the Year Winner. This is a wonderful example of a school that will be net zero carbon in operation and is also expected to deliver 10% Biodiversity Net Gain.
The design embraces the multifaceted needs of a school environment, providing a quality learning domain and attractive support spaces for its pupils, with natural materials and natural light promoting physical and mental health, and a positive impact on sleep, mood and academic performance.
