That transparent bar was futuristic on those years, even no phones have ever followed their design.
I had this phone 10 years ago. I loved the design. I wish they used that strip to flash for notifications but it did nothing.

Hello , I need a little help.I have an older mobile Xperia S and I need to fix it because I got into water.Sony Xperia S has a problem in that it shuts down by itself and then turns on if it used a few minutes.I think it's a problem in battery and that we would just novu.If this is a problem please answer.Thanks for your help

This phone is shit. I finally droped mine into a glass of juice today so I have an excuse for my parents, so I can buy a new one. Never seen a phone that lags as much as this one. Focus on the camera was shit as well. I wish recommending me a shit phone was good enough excuse to sue those shitty workers that work for my carrier.

Just bought this today! My first smartphone and liking it so far!
Best phone ever, it was superb. The music quality was from another dimension and photos for the time were perfect, fast shutter was cherry on top.

Guys,I have a question.
I bought Xperia S a month ago but still I can't figure out some things here.
When I am recording or taking photos there is option under menu Focusing,and there is Unique Autofocus,Face detector,Focus by touch,Multiple focus and Unlimited Focus. I know what is focusing but I can't see the difference between these,can someone explain?
And also,is there some options to improve video quality on Xperia S and can it upload 1080p videos on youtube?

Have you tried swiping them instead of pressing them?
I've had this for over 12 months now, still love it and I still think it looks great. The dots for navigation on the bottom of the phone took some getting used to, I find if you swipe over it from bottom to top it works every time.

I've been using this phone for 6 months and I have to say it's incredible, the advantages are the beautiful themes sony offers you, the phone speed, the screen resolution, the transparent bar, the hdmi connection... I think the best thing on this phone is the camera, it takes amazing photos and videos and It has lots of configurations and modes.

I just don't like these dots on bottom of phone. I tried the phone in local mobile store and since i have big fingers i had to press it with little finger, i don't know is it becase of that or the botton inside the phone has some kind of delay?

(1) Some people say they don't have an update in their countries. I don't remember if I chose the correct country in PC Companion, how do I check this? Is this really important?
(2). On the internet I saw that there is new version .55. On my Xperia S, it says that Build number is 6.1.A.2.45. When I open Update Center, it says "Your phone already has the latest available..etc." But PC Companion tells me that a phone software update is available. What shud I do??
