Great video. I’ve replaced all but the lower control arm in my 01 sport trac. How do you know when the vehicle is at “ ride height” before tightening the control arm bolts? And what is the rubber pad or whatever that sits on the lower control arm and bumps up against the frame? Mine is pretty worn out and I can’t seem to identify it to find a replacements?
So I have a question. How are you going to do a 4 wheel alignment on a vehicle that has a suspension like this? I mean I could see it if it had a rear independent suspension. What am I missing here? There is no adjustment on a live axle rear end set up.
When I try to get the lower ball joint out of the steering knuckle, the lip of the control arm gets stuck on the steering knuckle. Any suggestions on how to safely remove these parts?

Hey, can we trade rims? My 04 XLT has the same ones except they are the aluminum version instead of the chrome. 😂😂😂😂😂
Or maybe those are highly polished.
