idk if it would be hyram approved, but Clinique turnaround overnight moisturizer has been a holy grail. It's fragrance free and is on the heavier side but it hydrates the skin so much overnight that I can keep using my regular moisturizer during the day and not dry out. Would still love a recommendation for winter options to try something new during the day tho
I’ve used all those cleansing oils and balms :) I agree I love them all,but the youth to the people. It is a good cleansing balm, it’s just that I find it that scooping it out and melting it in your palms take a little bit more time. Like, personally, I don’t want to spend time breaking it down cause it takes away from the satisfaction of it all. But still a good and effective cleansing balm
i personally don’t like the byoma cleansing balm as it irritates my skin and makes it SUPER red, but that doesn’t mean it’ll do that for everyone. appreciate this list!
My favorite cleansing oil is Paula's Choice. My favorite balm is The Ordinary Squalane cleanser. Neither have fragrance nor essential oils.Of these, I know I would like the Krave beauty balm.

I’m a Canadian girly and it’s HARD to find balms and stuff at the drug stores but No7 has a balm ( or was a balm ) and now they’ve switched it to a squeeze bottle which really threw me but honestly for 12 bucks it lasts me forever, I wear ALOT of makeup and it takes it all off before I go in for my double cleansing. And my skin is so much smoother. I use to use the tatcha oil but i couldn’t justify the price when a pea size amount of the No7 just takes it off like nothing! And I know it has vitamin C, E, B5 and grape seed oil. Just throwing that out there 😂

It does work really well, it's very affordable, and seconded it's great for eczema. It is very messy to use though was my only gripe and it stings SOOOOO bad if you get it in your eyes (most oil cleansers sting a bit, but that one was different). But how much you get for the price is so great, I know the formula might be lackluster though in terms of benefits.

Because of last year's vid on cleansing balms I became obsessed with skincare. If it wasn't for that vid I probably wouldn't have a 4 step skincare routine now. I've binged watched every video you've done since then and so far my favorite cleansing balms for my combination oily skin is the Byoma cleansing balm, because it washes off well and the GLOW Recipe papaya enzyme cleansing balm. That one is like a papaya smoothie for the face and so luxurious feeling, but it does have a harder time washing off than other cleansing balms I have. Also thanks so much for every video you post Hyram. Because of you I want to go back to school to be an esthetician and help others feel better about their skin. 🥰
Please do a mix up and collection of European skincare creams and oils like Natura Siberica and Estime and sens. Some French, Ukraine, Italian brands would be so refreshing to see. Or even Indian. I put this idea to James too, I can hope? Think it would be nice alternative to the tried and tested faithfuls from Korea ❤🎉

The Krave Beauty one is my new favorite of all time. I don’t prefer balms anymore because I usually cleanse in the shower and I hate opening up a tub in there 😂

I gotta say my fav cleaning balm of all time is unfortunately the Elemis collagen cleansing balm. It’s so expensive but it makes my skin feel soooo soft and moisturized after and smooth I have never had that experience with any other cleansing balms or oils😂 so it will be a forever buy for me 😂😂

The skin 1004 cleansing oil is nice and I love the Iunik calendula oil cleanser!! But I do love Calendula no matter what! I need to find some cleansing balms with Guaiazulene!! dear klairs needs to create a cleansing balm in their midnight blue calming line!!!
Should I double cleanse after work, before bed? I don't wear makeup & work 12hr overnights in a manufacturing plant that has all kinds of artificial chemical fumes/dust in the air & covering everything. So, not being in the sun 99% of every week, I also don't wear sunscreen much. My moisturizer melts into my skin after my shower before bed & don't reapply when I wake up or I break out by the end of the day.
The yttp cleansing balm wasn't an immediate love for me either but I like it I think its the scent for me I like my cleansers to bring me to places lol... the scent is dull and light. They wanted it to smell like the superberry dream line but it's like a fainter scent of that. But functionality of it is great it does all the things it needs to. Krave made me so happy when I use it I even felt like I didn't need to use another cleanser after especially on late nights it was easy just squeeze and go. The scent is mild but inviting I don't maybe im partial I adore yttp as a brand their kale cleanser, aha toner and adaptogen cream are my holy grails. But I think I wish they came out with another scent for the balm maybe one like their kale cleanser. Wanna try then I met you balm. Great choices Hyram 👌

And dont ever ever try the Albolene!!!! That shit does not emulisify!!!! Its an oily mess!! I recently purchased the new CeraVe oil to foam cleanser!!! I highly reccommend for dry skin to normal skin types!!! I have more oily to normal but I still love it for an all in one cleanser or first cleanse! I was very pleasantly surprised to find this new product from CeraVe .. If I'm being honest the drugstore needs to step their game up.
