After you played a retro games. You feels like your souls and minds move back into you childhood, and when you goes out, the atmosfer feels like 1980s or 1990s.
I like how you dedicated to a whole room where you just look at the games on the shelves and pick one up to play for every 5 minutes and thinking " Meh I don't feel like playing any of these". Best room ever!
I love these videos, I don't play video games anymore... but this takes me back to my childhood. We grew up playing nintendo, sega, n 64. Loved the 80's and 90s movies. The wizard was one of my favorites. Awesome collection and great job working hard for your passion. It is inspiring
I have watched numerous videos of yours saying "this is my favorite video!" After watching this video, this one is now my favorite video! Retro Rick, and Pixel Game Squad are 2 of my 3 favorite youtubers!!!!!
17:20 - honestly, I have a problem..I keep WAY too many things in bags, and definitely boxes but usually that makes more sense if it's the original packaging kinda deal. Amazing look at the game room though, something many of us probably only dream of! Great stuff!
Rick, your room is amazing! It's bursting with so many items that perfectly personify you. Also, every time you mention Hastings, I get sad, because they're gone forever. I miss that store so much! The memories of renting VHS, then DVDs... We had a huge one in New Braunfels that also had a gigantic games, books, and music section, too. When I had my job at HEB, and had no friends or stuff to do during college, I'd wander around there for hours, buying used DVDs, books, and games. I also have a picture from my daughter's first visit there with me, when she was only a couple months old. Also, shout out to Riff and Ricky!
All the friends I knew outgrew video games or have no memory of it, not me and I'm glad you guys and the many collectors on TH-cam kept the memory alive.
Its the Johnny Tsunami and Brink sealed VHS - that's what lets me know Rick and I are riding the same wave. Y'all these were ICONIC as kids. When these popped up on Disney, we would lose it. Good times.
If anyone is curious the CRT model he's using is the Sony KD-32FS170 32" Trinitron Wega...this was the last standard definition CRT that Sony produced back in 2006. It has 240p/480i/480p EDTV resolution capability and has inputs for composite, S-Video and Component.
Absolutely Amazing room n Collection RETRO Rick 🤟🏼 plus the fact you got to hang with Aaron n Ricky “ RetroLiberty” 🕹 PixelgameSquad . Been a fan of There’s for YEARS 🤟🏼
You guys are such a good vibe! You make me realize how important it is to have friends. I have friends, but you guys vibe better than any friends that I have, and made me remember what I'm missing from the few friends I had in the 90s!
I went to school at Central Arkansas back when Hastings was open off of Morrilton near your store. Brings back so many memories spending hours in that store!
Seriously love your new obsession with vintage shirts. I'm more of a vintage shirt collector than I am a gamer so I always get super excited to see your shirt finds. I wanna see more of your jacket collection though! Please post soon! My latest vintage shirt holy grail find was a Chaos AD tour shirt for Sepultura- absolutely legendary!!
I loved everything in your room. Its like i took a step back into my childhood. My favorite section was the TMNT. I absolutely loved them as a kid. Thanks for the great vid.
Imagine having Rick as a uncle and go visit his house when you are 8-16 years old. I have a cousin that I always visited when I was a kid, because he had a huge gaming collection. (This was back in the late 90s) I spent almost my entire youth at his house. And his two brother in laws was always sitting and coding, programming etc on the PC's in the house. Such good memories. We still get together and play Heroes of Might and Magic 3 against each other.. Also Mario Party 1+2+3 on the N64!
Solid collection, The Disney Channel OG movies.... thats what im talking about! Wow i loved all of thoes. Excellent Nintendo collection and then the Happy Gilmore reference.... it dont get better!
I still have the 36" Sony trinitron that i used for my PS1, PS2 and Wii. My dad and siblings have been telling me to get rid of the tv, as a gamer my family doesnt understand the value of that tv. Kudos for still having that! after watching this , I dont think Ill be getting rid my of my trinitron anytime soon! haha
My favorite thing in that room is the stay-puft piggybank. I bought one for a friend who's a 80s collector. His youngest son slept with that bank for a while.
the nintendo gamecube kiosk if I had to choice 1 item. this is such a massive collection so many 90s cool vintage items loved the shelf with the nickelodeon, ninja turtles,ET, etc the home alone movies I could watch 24/7, johnny tsunami classic. makes me want to start making my own collection cleaner with the nice shelves.
Hey I saw the N64 lamp!! Love the room tour. You have lots of neat oddities. Love the NES boxed consoles. I saw a top loader CIB at a retro convention. Out of my price range but it look sooooo good. Someday I’ll have one. Take care Rick!
I had a talk boy as a kid because I had a an uncle who made mad money. It was hands down the dopest toy I ever had, besides maybe an erector set which I loved. Back than they were t plastic and metal I swallowed a few screws holding them in my mouth but I’m still here
Man I really miss Hastings! When my local store closed down, I bought one of the giant rolling carts, one of those Sony TVs (all the cases were gone 😭), one of the cafe couches (which my puppy shredded 😡) 6 of the cafe wood-backed chairs and a couple of the plush cafe armchairs. Got so much on clearance its ridiculous. How you feel about the 90's and nostalgia is how I feel about that Store. My mom worked there for like 15 years growing up so I spent so much of my time there, oftentimes helping out and semi working there, but it was all fun. Great tour video, glad to see Riff in here too!
Man those shelf’s with all the movies setup was the coolest loved the Tmnt and the Et was super sick seeing your room tour makes me wanna get some childhood games
Love it! We just started collecting and I found my first NES (but needs to have a quick repair to it)! It’s hard to find stuff but it’s amazing when you do!!
@@retrorick I’ve already made a purchase that was nerve wracking but it was a game I had to have and it kept going up in price (GC Windwaker). I keep talking myself I won’t make too many purchases like this but who knows what tugs at the heartstrings..
Sickest gameroom EVER! Thanks for the tour! My hidden favorite has to be the Yomega stuff. I have a yoyo collection as well that I really never talk about, but I used to yoyo ALL the time and still do on occasion 😀
Brother amazing collection. My favorite is Big Trouble in Little China. That's the movie I am building a shelf for. Loved seeing you three together. Keep up the amazing content. Have a blessed one brother.
Nice room tour. I’m a vintage tshirt collector as well, and I made the mistake of hanging my tshirts when I started years ago. I found a lot of them stretched (collar area and the length) after hanging for a while. Better to fold them while storing them. Keep up the great content.
Thanks for giving me the honor of taking the tour with yah man!
Who took the couch? ;)
@@frankm4158 me hehehhe but Ricky prefers the floor no joke
Love seeing you guys there with Rick, Riff! The dynamic you guys have when you're together is so much fun.

14:30 "Your're just an Island boi" idk that caught me off guard haha! Awesome video and collection dudes!
I love these videos, I don't play video games anymore... but this takes me back to my childhood. We grew up playing nintendo, sega, n 64.

You can't deny of how awesome this house is.
Yassss the long awaited Retro Rick’s Game Room Tour! 🙌 so much fun with Riff and Ricky there too!!
You HAVE to do a Gaming Channel, for this room, Rick! PLEASE! 🙏💫
This host and his high energy. I'd be too paranoid if he was around my collection 😂
Yeah, he's annoying.
I have watched numerous videos of yours saying "this is my favorite video!" After watching this video, this one is now my favorite video! Retro Rick, and Pixel Game Squad are 2 of my 3 favorite youtubers!!!!!

Today I just picked up an RCA 27” Truflat and it’s just as awesome as the Trinitron.

I do love Rick's game room. It's just crowded enough, and no wood or tile floor. Wall to wall carpet is the only way to go for a gameroom.
Good times.
So glad you guys ended up working together. The $10 game collection brought me here, the Squad got me staying here for life. Cool tour dudes!

Now you just need ten years to sit down and play everything you own. Ten years STRAIGHT.
It would be glorious.
I literally have that same Walmart cube and that 32 inch Sony tv, I couldn't find myself to put that tv on it the cube is soo wobbly.

Awesome stuff Rick! The neon PS2 and Nintendo signs are probably what I like and associate with Retro Rick the most!
My favorite thing in that room is the stay-puft piggybank. I bought one for a friend who's a 80s collector. His youngest son slept with that bank for a while.
Excellent video. I have the same CRT hooked up in my game room. I got to see Christopher Lloyd at the Cincinnati ComicCon over the weekend.
I usually watch metal Jesus or the Nintendo guy with long hair and a accent but y’all won me over ! Bravo to the host
My favorite piece was the sealed Twilight Princess.
Open it! Good stuff guys.
Amazing tour love all of it 😮 as a 50 year old so many memories 👍👍👍🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

Being that it’s a gift and not necessarily for resale, I’d honestly open it like Ricky said lol
My retro ocd meter took a few sudden upswings with Riff manhandling and throwing some of that stuff around 😂
You have a nice collection Retro and the shirts awesome
Beautiful GameCube display. Love the action figures in the middle.
Good choice on that Zelda selection

The room is killer. The way you display is the main thing that drew me to the channel. Two words though: cable management.
Thank you for inspiring me to get back into collecting, having your content since the Pandy Wandy has definitely made a difference in my life.
Man those shelf’s with all the movies setup was the coolest loved the Tmnt and the Et was super sick seeing your room tour makes me wanna get some childhood games
Amazing allá the things that You got there... Many of those never came to argentina
I use that same cube organizer for a fish tank stand. Have two 10 gallon tanks on mine. So far it’s been holding for almost a year with no issues.
Dang now I have to find all those Homer Simpson figures. Those are awesome!!!

The GameCube wall … is fantastic !

Amazing, every time I see videos like this it makes me regret selling my old games and systems over the years….. love the Home Alone stuff
I wonder have you ever played all of this video games collection? That's a lot of video games collection even Wii & Gameboy and other stuff ect.,.
