I really enjoy seeing everybody, buyer and seller, coming in on some fair deals where every one seem happy. That's awesome
happens a lot at LEGO conventions as well :)
@@EpikBricks lego conventions? I never seen these before.
Man my first n64 console was that 2 controller bundle. Was poor but my parents got it for me. Good times.
All us poor kids definitely remember that :)
That was mine as well, I feel so fortunate to have been able to experience that.
some parents are good at their job :) and make ends meet for their kids
Same .didn't realize how much parents sacrificed to get one for me and my sister till I got older
i remember having that cyan clear blue n64, always loved looking at the circuts
As a true 90's kid I can't tell you how much nostalgia this video was for me when i saw the N64 and Gameboy Color, hit me right in the feels and almost made me shed a tear remembering all of the great memories I had with my brother and friends. I can safely say, I lived in the best era to be a child and I didn't even know it at the time. Side note, I have no idea how Ocarina of time isn't on your top 10 my guy, my odd listing on my top10 would be jetforce gemini.
All I remember is the pain the 64 joycon would give my thumb
OoT and Banjo Kazooie 2 huge ones missing from a top 10 list!
in the "feels" . thats what separates the 80's from the 90's we dont use the word "feels" like that. Nintendo 64 was after super nintendo and the original Nintendo which were better well when Nintendo was the top seller or top Dog then SEga Genesis came
Joey seems like such a respected dude! Thanks for having him in your video!
I don't know how TH-cam recommended this to me, as I don't watch anything gaming-related, but I'm glad it did. Watching you shop for N64s took me back to when my parents gifted me the n64 at Christmas. Similar to your story, but my parents made it seem like I didn't receive a gift that year. Everyone opened presents and I was left there without a gift. My parents told me “we were saving your one and only for last”
I remember tearing up as I opened it and caught a glimpse of the System on the box.
Thank you
However you got here. Thanks for watching! 😊
ZELDA,WHERE IS IT???
This is one of my favourite videos I have seen in months. So much nostalgia, so many people loving it!
I've never felt pure nostalgia but I think this is how it would feel. The Nintendo 64, Gameboy Color just bring me back to the 90's. The fact that we where living the best childhood and didn't even know it, this is as close as you could get to going back in time and I love it.
as someone who was born in 99 and grew up into the 2000s i really wish i grew up in the 90s looked like the best damn era
If you able to spend $10 grand on anything let alone a hobby item, there is no such thing as broke. It means you have plenty of money spending like that in the bank without worrying about bills
What's your point?
Whoever this guy is he produced a tremendous video, well edited, well thought out, and no doubt has worked his ass off to get to where he is today. This is the first time I've seen his channel - I'm a fan.
@@TheMalitz17dudes a dork so are you
Welcome to TH-cam, first time?
Can you elaborate more
That not for resale is amazing and the fact you were able to get it signed at the convention just makes it better
If you believe that lol....
@@USNEM what's not to believe?
@@USNEM you sound salty
@@USNEMthey literally showed pictures with him… easier to believe than refute.
I didn’t know committing crimes makes something “amazing”
When I was in primary school, my father bought me a Gameboy Pocket and a Famicom. To this day, I still remeber the smell of the video games section of the mall where we used to buy the game cartridges. I still remember the jittery feeling while I was looking at boxes upon boxes of games, imagining what they could possibly look like.
It all feels so magical when you're a kid. I still play video games but it seems like the most of the magic is no longer there.
Thanks for making me remember all those fun times I had as a kid as well playing all those N64 games... pretty much same top 10 favorite games as the ones on this video 😅
So glad that he signed the actual cart and not the case! Great job Sky Guy!
Grew up with N64. Vividly remember having a jungle green one at a very very young age. Didn't know what happened to it but whatever we had a grey one passed down from my uncle and it lasted until 2013ish after years of play/abuse. Got a grey one and it's still running like a champ. Last year I scored a jungle green on eBay and will cherish it forever
I've collected, bought and sold hundreds of 1:64th diecast cars, over the last 35 years. I've never bought a Pokémon card or played 99% of the games i've viewed on your channels and yet i subscribe just to watch you and "the crew" for absolutely awesome entertainment...keep up the content!
Randomly stumbled upon your TH-cam channel and wow I’m loving it so far games are my life kept me out these streets for as long as they could lol 😂
I sold my childhood collection after I got married, and now that I'm divorced and rich I've been rebuying them....only in mint condition. I'd rather be married, but having my games collection back is a nice runner-up prize.
Are you buying to to fill the void of not being married?
Need to find a wife in the first place who doesn't want you to sell off your childhood, or anything you are into. They should support your hobby's and sentimental stuff even if they don't understand it. My wife got me a masterpiece Optimus Prime for Christmas one year, at the age of 38 or something, and got me a gaming PC chair one x mas as well.
Get the next wife to sign a prenuptial agreement 😊
@jrf7210 Not everyone can get that lucky finding one of those wife’s is like finding needle in the haystack although some would be lucky just to find the wife at all.
Next time wait for the one who loves your game collection and would never let you sell it.
Dude you just brought me back and I so enjoyed this video. Thank you and God bless.
Chase, the people need a Pokemon Pursuit collection update video! The collection is insane!! Love the videos dude and love your interactions with people. Cheers
Chase’s Pokemon outfit is a serious flex!!
Awesome video, Chase. I love the output of videos on both your channels.
It's fun and nostalgic to see so many N64 games and systems. My grandma bought me mines for Christmas back in 1999 and It was stolen two years ago when my house was broken into. I can't find any in my country but one day when I travel to the U.S. I'll have to check out that convention.
My first console was a SNES/Mario All Stars bundle. I'm lucky to have me opening it for XMAS on film! My Mom used to record everything!
All the videos you guys put out are amazing and the sweet deals you’re able to make. Definitely great jobs
The not for resale signed Mario64 is so cool!
Huge congrats :))
I remember my brother and I getting one for Christmas along with bugs life and glover. It was a real surprise since we were pretty poor. Core memory for sure!
As a kid we opened all of our presents on Christmas morning but no N64. Then my parents saw a letter on the mantle. Turned out to be a scavenger hunt from Santa. We found an N64 at the end and had a memorable Christmas.
At 1:49 "I really want to find super mario N64".....10 seconds later in the lower middle..........."super mario N64" 😆 Nice video 👌
These videos are always fun to watch if I had the money I would definitely like to recollect the stuff from my childhood you always make entertaining content 🙂
Appreciate that! Thanks!
@@ChaseAfterTheRightPriceyour welcome 🙂
@@ChaseAfterTheRightPricedid u buy that NBA JAM TIME for N64 that was one of my favorite basketball game on N64 big head shoe is on fire doin a monster jam
I love the comradery between you and the guys!
So lucky...that's cool af, just found your videos and this brings me back to being around 8 and gettin the consoles and games late but still enjoying tf out of them. Gaming changed my life. I love to game...😅 will be 35 on Jan 3rd 2024...thinkin about buying a Nintendo switch to Mario it up
And you did it without committing charity fraud. I applaud you sir 👏
watching you evolve and grow is truly Great ... keep it going bro. I been a subscriber since 93k you at 130k now ... journey to 1 million bro lets get it
Thank you so much!!
4:44 You know homeboy is serious when he's got his vape on a lanyard around his neck 😂
I just happen to have that light blue FUNtastic N64 sitting right here, in front of me 😍
I have a similar nostalgic Christmas story with me and my brothers getting that same bundle and the rest is basically history. Enjoyed the video
When they got in the minivan at the end, might as well have been the DeLorean to me, I was so excited!
New viewer here, but man this was interesting as hell. Love the social interaction between you and the buyers
Welcome! Glad you enjoyed it!
When you said you're looking for your top 10 N64 games, I'm thinking 'Man, If Goldeneye and Kart aren't in his list, I'm out". Lol literally the first 2 games you said.
I remember my grandma buying one of those funtastic 64s for my cousins in Boston.. we were in Seattle at the time and I was around maybe 9 years old… we went to the pawn shop and she was getting it for them for Christmas and she asked me what color I thought they would like and games… still remember being jealous to this day 😂
5:10 homie really got a vape around a keychain 💀😂
Excellent choices here. Definitely would pop in Smash Bros for the nostalgia. Since we're talking N64 I think you are missing Zelda Ocarina of time and Perfect dark. I still own my copy of Pilot Wings 64 which was a launch title for the N64. Such a good game one of the best games on the system. Criminally overlooked.
Kept all of my consoles at the original Xbox point. Before that I unfortunately had to pawn things to pay bills right after high school, so I've been slowly piecing together those lost items in recent years.
I've reclaimed most of the Sega and Dreamcast stuff, but haven't even started my N64 trek.
Just subscribe and love it alot!!! You remind me a lot when i was doing stuff like that... I miss doing that tho... Gotta know what you looking and speaking! God bless you and cant wait to see more videos of yours!! 🙏🏻✝️❤️
I never knew these game conventions existed. I would love to go to them and get all my old school favorites one day.
Man i'm so nostalgic rn ! great video
i love n64 ,,,and this video probably is the best video you have ever made plz continue ..
Just subscribed! Keep doing what you do!❤🎉 Nintendo 64 is my favorite console
That's a nice collection you
Got there. I have a N64 console for like many years to play with.
The excitement of a limited Xbox or n64 I dont think will ever be the same. The magic of a single player game.
lol. This was at TORG in Columbus Ohio. Saw you guys there making deals and told my wife about your channel. Good stuff!
Super cool. I cant see myself playing old games though, once i play a game its in my memory and thats good enough.
New suscriber here...I loved this video, everything flowed so harmoniously between you and the sellers that it made this experience so enjoyable.
I’m so glad you liked it!
This is a dream, such cool stuff! Good work!
My first gaming device was the Atari ST520. I call it a device because not sure it can be called a console. However, my fondest memories and gaming joy was spent on Super Nintendo and Nintendo 64. I came from a poor background, so having these consoles meant so much to me. My Super Nintendo bundle was the Super Mario World, and my second game was the European version of contra called Super Probotector. To me, it will never be contra.
That mario martinet is a great piece, was worth getting signed for sure
I did the same as you with getting Charles Martinett to sign my copy of Mario 64 cartridge when he was at Wales/Telford Comicon in the UK a year or so back so great minds think alike 😂 Mine wasn't a Not For Resale version, just a standard one, but still cool 😊😊
Bought my N64 from lechmeres back in 96 with single pack and purchased Golden eye and Wave racer ohh i was in my glory! those graphics ill never forget!
Just re-started my N64 collection with a Funtastic Jungle Green N64. Hunting down games now too.
Love the channel man. Is your goal to have at least one of every game/console or do you cycle them out pretty frequently?
I’m not really a completionist with much. I don’t want every game/console, but right now it’s been a lot of fun collecting all the Nintendo handhelds and Pokémon items. My collection is full of stuff that’s meaningful, I think is cool, or I enjoy playing. Sometimes I’ll look at a piece that I haven’t thought about in a long time and decide to let it go. But the collection grows faster than it shrinks for sure 😂
Great video I was in amaze brought back memories as a 42 year old the gaming industry today is terrible so it was refreshing to see would have loved to have been there.
Wow amazing. Keep getting great deals!
I love Nintendo 64
I remember for Christmas I wanted the game boy color so bad, my parents gave me a small box and when I opened it, the game was doom I believe 😅. I was upset because I was like I don’t got a game system for this nor the game boy lmao. But then my father said wait there’s one more and it was the N64, ain’t gonna lie but the N64 was the greatest, specially with super smash bros. Thank you for the throw back memories 🎉🎉
I remember being a young kid and thinking about what I'd ask for if a genie granted me 3 wishes. I can't remember all the wishes, but I do remember that one of them would have been, when I turn on the water faucet at my home, instead of water, NES games would come pouring out.
I've remembered that as a point illustrating that I have no idea what I really want and how, even if I could be granted my heart's desire, it probably wouldn't do much for my long-term happiness.. Seeing this, though, I guess I would be king of the nerds at these gaming conventions if I'd have gotten that wish.
I go to STL all the time, I will have to venture out to Washington to see that awesome dude. Glad you guys could work out a deal.
Such a great video and channel love that I found it
great content. i saw you buying some of the stuff. I also ran into Mr. Wright Way at a convention. he was messing with me. he told me he was born with vienna sausage fingers. lol that man is crazy. great video.
Great stuff and cool signed collectible surprise at the end !!
great video man. since I'm poor lol, I'm living vicariously threw you. thank you.
its neat seeing all these older games still around..theyre all still good and peopel still enjoy them...and its sucha difference from what todays systems and games are like.. some peopel aask for ridiculus prices and some price them reasonably...ive seen some collection i think might even be on youtube of a guy who has every system that came out and every game that those systems have it was quite impressive or much tbh..he had his whole upstairs or soemthing dedicated to his collection...would cost you alot fo money even if they were cheap . but damn you cna play any game at any time you feel like it... from Game Boy, Koleco vision. even japanese versions of system ..it was really soemthing..i dont think id ever get bored
Ahh, I was excited to see a boxed Paper Mario for N64! I seen it in the thumbnail 😅
Just having that non resale version of mario 64 signed would of made my whole week
24 seconds ago uploaded
You win
You get praise form chase when you make it after 24 seconds but my girlfriend complains when i do, lifes unfair
That’s awesome glad people are going back to there gaming roots again
Never seen a game convention this awesome!
Miles mayhem on the road 😂
Mario 64, Donkey kong country, Killer instinct, & 007 Golden eye all time favorite N64 games!
You're were coming in at that this convention for sure... LOL... Happy Sourcing, Happy Collecting !!!
The mark ups are insane. Thanks for introducing me to haggling 101
It is always good to watch your videos and rn I am trying to collect for my favorite childhood console the gamecube
so glad i got the bulk of my collection from thrift stores and yard sales years ago before prices skyrocketed
If I was going to "re-collect" my gaming childhood, it would involve getting a Fairchild Channel F and a Mattel Intellivision! First two game consoles I ever owned! The Intellivision is still, to this day, my all-time most favorite console!
BTW, I did have a Nintendo 64, and that was the very last console I ever owned. After that, I went PC Gaming, all-in!
Oh nice, Mario 64 is also my favorite game of all time. It’s unbelievable.
I just discovered this channel. Im a huge fan now!
Man that signed NFR is insane, definitely a great stroke of luck!
Not everyday you hear your hometown 😂 7:00
Just found my sealed copy of sega Saturn mk 2 looks very nice might try to grade it bought it in 1999 for like 30 bucks and never opened it value ? I cannot find recent sales 247 seems low when a nice complete just hit 84.99
Just found your channel through this video...brings back lots of memories! How do you know that all of these games and consoles are in good working order? Did you try them all and just cut that footage out of the video?
A retro throw back giveaway would be awesome!
How do you come across a convention for this? This is amazing!
Conker's Bad Fur Day was my favorite N64 games of all time.
and than he makes it all BACK in 1 video!!!! Good !!
Watching you forget the blue funtastic n64 and seeing it next to the smoke grey broke my heart
Diddy Kong racing my all time favorite on n64
That dude in the green hoodie got me on a CIB Zelda lol
I was a Mario Golf kid. Went back and played it on an emulator recently and finished everything including Metal Mario in about 8-10 hours total.. Sad because I remember playing this game as a 12 year old and taking forever finish. I was able to clean house (minus the rings) with just Yoshi this time around. He's the 2nd character you unlock LOL. Don't sleep on Yoshi and his 230 yard drives.
I just started playing that game on Switch Online and it is very fun! Good to know about Yoshi, I'll give him a try!
@@BrotherDave_CATRP 👍He doesn't hit it far but he hits it straight and that's the most important trait for accuracy. Another option is Maple. She hits it a little further, but you can win every tournament and beat Bowser with Yoshi. Maple unlocks at 50 birdie coins.
the 64 is the last one i need for my collection, god really doesn’t want me to hold that beautiful controller
That great congratulations to you guys very big opportunity 😮💨
Amazing friend nowadays its hard to find them like that
May your friendship last forever
