As a German/American walking is a prevalent part of our culture. We walk on our breaks and after dinner. In Germany you see families going on a walk together every evening. I believe they do this in Austria and Switzerland as well. 😊

I have been walking everyday for 2 1/2 years since getting my pup and it has changed my entire fitness journey and mental health! Such a stress reliever, I also listen to a tonnn of podcast when walking so learning while walking lol! I have yet to try the 12 3 30 but need to try that before lifting! hot girls walks yesss
I wish I got a treadmill instead of spin bike🙃 huge mistake! Walking really is such a great exercise for weight loss and mental health! I loveeee a midday walk! Such a good way to break up the day
During covid I lived in Windsor in UK, where the Royal Windsor Castle and Great Parks are located. I lived 10 min from the park and I used to walk for at least 2 hours a day in the park. It helped so much with both my mental health and keeping me active because the gym were closed. I was so lucky, it helped me massively.

Im in 2 minds with walking for weighloss i really dont think it does that i think only a good diet will aid with weightloss the other stuff maybe the mental health i think its more than going for walks personally for me i can only walk with a purpose like if im going somewhere it does nothing for me mentally but then again people are different whatever gets a person walking is a plus
But what about after an injury 😩😩😩 I’ve been so consistent lately and then I step on a 2 inch screw at work and I can’t put weight on that foot I feel defeated and not being able to walk for long periods of time is going to send me into a depression I’m so upset😢
I’m so sorry to hear that :( have you tried to search other workouts you could do while not using that foot?? I’m sure it’s way harder than I can imagine. Wishing you the best! Hope you’re able to find another outlet
I’m going to look this workout up ! I gym 4-5 days a week, but work remotely and I feel we have to work twice as hard 🤣 .I’m always looking for new fun ways to stay active too !

Same!!! My husband bought me a spin bike during Covid and I wish I got a treadmill. Hopefully I can save up for one.
