Do you still do the 12-3-30 every day? I'm trying to make myself a new gym split, but I'm realizing I really don't like lifting weights. I'm thinking about giving the daily 12-3-30 challenge a try, and maybe just add in 1-2 days of upper body training.
I am curious and wanted to know if you think you would have been able to achieve your weightloss using a walking pad instead of a regular treadmill?Other than the lack of incline capability ;they function the same.I would get a blood test first and then check with my doctor to see if I need to supplement any deficiencies.Better safe than sorry.P.S.Supplements are not regulated by the FDA so be careful with whatever you choose to buy and use.
To be honest, I’m not sure the answer is yes. The incline adds resistance which makes the work out way harder and I think would help more with muscle building. Of course you can get great results with walking, over time. But I don’t think the same results or same timing. Either way, both are super great to add into your routine. Yes you’re totally right about supplements!!! That’s why I’m not super sold on any, just like to try them
I second this!! I take anywhere from 400-800 mg a day and not only does it help me sleep, but it helps with my digestion and my high blood pressure! We are all so magnesium deficient and stress especially sucks it out of our cells. If I could only take one supplement for the rest of my life, it would be magnesium!! 😚🙏🏻
soon to be pharmacist here 🙋🏻♀️ i recommend to you to take the omega after you ate even better if the food has fats because that way it absorbs better than on an empty stomach and just water 🫶🏻
Love your content but I find the cold shower trend so funny cause I live in the third world and the huge majority of the population doesn't have access to heated water, everyone in my country is doing the trend since birth😂😂 don't think it's making us any healthier tho😅😅
