Venice vs Parrish Florida. Which area may be best for you?
I get asked this question all of the time. Both areas sit the other side of Sarasota, FL and offer a wider variety of new construction homes at a more affordable price point. This video shows the advantages to Venice and the advantages to Parrish, although both are very different areas.
I also compare how they differ in real estate terms. Which area you will find more opportunity and which area is less in price. Where Venice vs Parrish is concerned, there's a lot to discuss, but I do my best to keep the video compact and give a good overview to set some realistic expectations.

Hey David, loving our house you got me in Parish. Must say going out to dinner is a long drive. The low HOA here of $178 per month includes Cable TV and internet! Nothing else, no CDD's, just look at how much you save per month, if that matters.
A good friend lives in a small home on a small lot in Lakewood Ranch and pays $480 a month in HOA's and $150 a month in CDD's. That's $630 a month, before he pays his mortgage!
Other tan a slightly longer commute to the stores and restaurants, Parrish is just starting.

HI in this video can you tell me the sub you were showing in venice and the houses in perrish, we were just visiting and did not see homes looking well manicured in landscape like your show.

Oh, sorry, I have no idea. I just found some random clips of homes on the internet and just put them in the background. They're probably in California or somewhere.
Just kidding lol. The first Venice is community is Sarasota National which is a golf course community that includes golf as part of the HOA. The Parrish communities are a blend of Twin Rivers, River Wilderness and Ancient Oaks.
Further along I show Aria in Venice with Neal Communities and the non HOA homes in Venice is Laguna Drive and Bayhsore Drive. If you let me know a specific section of the video i'll be able to let you know for sure. Hope this helps.
