When houses in west palm where going for 250k when the market was down, you could get any house in PSL for 75k to 120k all day.
Still cheaper than a lot of other places, but this housing market is unreasonable.
Real florida locals know the PSL is where all the poor people from jupiter South move to when they make more money from selling their houses in better areas.
