    Tic attacks seem like the worst. I can't imagine how exhausting they must be.

      @@poulpe7925 i think it’s eulalia, where ur tics basically “mimic” vocalizations made by other people!

      @@vibeswithhelena5759 i am not really informed about tics, idk what does "eulalia" mean?
      But mine are not vocal tics but movements (mostly head, hands or eyes ones)

    Hey. Thanks for being brave and showing this.
    I feel like maybe saying; think very carefully about your video idea of revealing your triggers. LOTS of people out here will leave comments of, just your triggers, to try to get you to do them.

    Have you looked into CBIT and/or Habit Reversal Training? I've seen videos of it in action, and I'm impressed.

    I've never had tics this bad until today. I've had several tic attacks and I keep ticking every 10 seconds. Even tho I'm in my own room, I feel bad with my brother trying to sleep with his wall being connected to mine. I keep shouting things involuntarily and some of it is hella embarrassing. I fucking moaned as a tic 💀

    I think the tics might go easily if u not try to stop it but just be happy with it and try to feel it ...and never scare from it ??? Is that make sense or i just saying anything .... i never tried this but i tried to feel it

    What happens if you have a tic attack while driving???

    • @haleybanion
      @haleybanion  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’ve had tic attacks while driving before. I can typically redirect more dangerous ones but if I really need to tic I can pull over.

    Dear Haley, you are a very beautiful and lovely girl and i hop a good life for you. Can i ask you if you drive the car ? and how you can do it when you have a Tik Attak ? Happiness to you !!!

    • @haleybanion
      @haleybanion  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I do drive. Often I’m focused on driving so my tics aren’t as prevalent. Sometimes I do have tic attacks in the car, usually because I can let them out while I’m alone, and I do my best to reroute them so I drive safely. I’d be lying if I said I haven’t come close to wrecking, which worries me. Although, most of my tics in the car are vocal.

    please go and look for a dentist who treat movement disorders. He will be able to improve your life style. There is no medication involved. Good luck.

    • @haleybanion
      @haleybanion  3 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Tourette Syndrome is a neurological disorder. There is no cure. Besides, dentists aren’t qualified for that.
