Everyone on the continent has been torn apart by giant alligator monsters...... it's a scene out of hell itself.... and suddenly this 7 foot lizard monster diplomat walks in to your capital like "got a message from the boss. you and us? we chill. we chill." how do you even respond to that other then a meek "thank you????"
i justr came back to tell you (and thank you personally) for making this video and showing the devs(wich credited you in the patch notes) the bug with the settlements and the buffs they gave, nakai is best boy and now people will make the right desicions with him!
I've never played through a Nakai campaign, but that Golden Tributes quest battle is the same battle as Gorok's quest battle for the Shield of Aeons, just playing as one of the other lizardman armies. That's kinda cool, I never knew that.
I genuinely resent how poorly most of the Lizardmen units perform, compared to how it feels they should. 8-foot dinosaur men, born with peak human experience and genetically engineered to never surrender?: Mid-tier infantry with bad stats in exchange for decent hp and weapon strength. 15-20ft crocodile men, engineered to destroy the forces of chaos?: Mediocre at best. Dread Saurians, the creatures so powerful that even Lizardmen can't control them without Slann mind-control, and which single-handedly hunted dragons to extinction in Lustria?: Fragile, and generally underwhelming.
I feel like they were better in TW2. But i think its due to 'balancing' that these problems arise. When in lore, the lizardmen only lose because of an incredible series of unlikely events, coincidences and plot holes. They're meant to be generally small in number, but really powerful, when as presented, a bunch of chaos worshippers can actually beat them.

Depending on what exactly you consider a crocodilian, there were bipedal crocodilians. The group of Pseudosuchians (lit. false crocodiles despite including the true crocodilians) has huge variations of 'crocodilians'. This included Fasolasuchus, the largest terrestrial predator ever that wasn't a theropod, and Postosuchus and Poposaurus, two bipedal terrestrial carnivores. Fasolasuchus is basically a dread saurian, while the other two species are just evidence that bipedal locomotion did exist within crocodile history. There was also the much smaller Saltoposuchus in the Crocodylomorpha. This was also likely a bipedal crocodylomorph, one step closer to modern crocodiles.

Dread Saurians are super terrible against anti-large infantry. Their massively long horizontal footprint on the ground means they have more spots to be surrounded by agents dealing bits of damage. Whereas, say, a giant or Hierotitan have large vertical footprints and can't be surrounded by very many anti-large infantry, so they do well despite CA's intent. Both vertical and horizontal monsters get crushed by missile fire.
@MandalorianRaider tbh some of the most fun I've had in warhammer 3 (excluding Boris Ursus) was playing as Kroqgar or Oxyotl plus after they get lord Kroak they're pretty beefy.

I just played this campaign, and for those not challenging yourself to a meme build like “Krox only” your front line should be the cheap skink sword & shield, and kroxigors to back them up. Later on, you’ll add in other dinos to enhance the army to your preference, but those two units together are really all you need to win most battles. Skinks go in first to absorb ranged fire/engage front line. Then kroxigors charge RIGHT THROUGH your skinks into the enemy. Easiest strategy works every time.
A Traditon I have with Nakai is to always name the Stegodon at the start Bruce, Bruce is treated like a Lord, so if he dies it's either game over or load previous save. Long live Bruce the Lad and The Wanderer!
this is why you lost, you popped the roar just as you met the enemy line, you have to use your mass to push past them, get stuck in with the ranged units, then roar, that way you are not getting pelted the whole time you are fighting the infantry and the enemy loses most of there ranged power, witch is only two units yes...but those two units getting to use all of their ammo can change a battle outcome
I am going to be completely honest here, he sounds almost exactly like Korg from Marvel, and I love it all the more. This seems like the kind of commentary he'd do.
Funfact: A Chinese general actually declared war on crocodiles after giving them an ultimatum. Not so fun fact: He actually managed to drive this species of crocodiles to extinction.
Nakai's campaign is disgustingly strong, you get to tier 5 fast, you don't have to worry about maintaining your territory and get lots of new cash from each new settlement (with tech tree buffs) your units get buffed to hell, especially kroxigors, and the best thing of all you get TONS of heroes, a ridiculous amount of heroes. Plus abilities like giving your units a shield that makes them INVULNERABLE and summoning a razordons and a fucking magic barrage.

There are literally entire races and some very good factions that I simply refuse to play because of their absolutely horrible color scheme. They bother me so much that I literally have to refuse to lead said factions to total victory! Grom the paunch, the golden order and the dreadfleet just to name... Any ideas?
