Ever. He's been charged and convicted of theft, driving without a license, stalking, domestic violence, giving false info to police, manufacturing of controlled substance... it just goes on, and he's still got a dozen pending cases. This is actually pathetic.
Wait... you say Slappy Rodriguez there "never wins", but it seems every case against him has been dismissed (including one 'cuz he wouldn't show up to court...!?), how to you rectify all that?
@@thewolfchild Most of these are cases HE has filed, not that were filed against him. He very much likes to sue other people and institutions, and they almost never get anywhere (whereas the ones against him are usually granted) The first one for instance was him trying to charge someone else for harassment, not the other way around.
In Canada if a person is known for filing lawsuits simply to harass or intimidate people they can be banned by the court from filing lawsuits and will be labelled by the court as a vexatious litigant. They will have to get court approval just to file a claim and it would be next to impossible for them to get an attorney to take their case
In March 2023, DeCastro was arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada, on the charge of Obstruction of a Public Officer and Resisting a Public Officer, when Decastro interefered with a traffic stop involving an unconnected third-party. On 19 March 2024, just over a year later, DeCastro was convicted on both counts, and sentenced to 90 days per charge for a total of 180 days. He served about 130 days when he hired a real attorney, and not himself, and his lawyer was able to get his charges reversed on Appeal. DeCastro was released around 11 July 2024. However, I think he still has an active Bench Warrant out of Ironton, Ohio for failure to appear in court.

As a lawyer, it is amusing that the guy in question says that publishing a retraction won't help, which is categorically false, and that he does it all the time and it will cost him $150,000. In legal fees, perhaps, if Gunnar were to retain an expensive attorney. However, between the threat of suit, which is generally a bad idea, and a lack of measurable damage, it won't go anywhere, even if the statements were defamatory, which they are not. Using a legal term of art in a lay sense doesn't make something immediately defamatory, e.g. "nuisance." The guy has no ascertainable damages, a necessary element of defamation, and that he has the oddly specific $150,000 figure makes me think he was successful once and one time only and thinks that is just the award if you are successful. I was looking forward for the judge to file the harrasment lawsuit on him regarding his jail phonecalls, that would put some sense in him
24:18 "But unironically, they (TH-cam) take pretty swift action that kind of shit (doxxing)"
Yeeeeaaaaaa, aged like fine wine.
He looks like the kid from Stuart Little but he is 56 years old
Whatever happened to that kid ? Damn forgot about that movie
Hes jacked @timumbra2476
@@timumbra2476Apparently he actually got pretty jacked.
Imagine if this guy went after Charlie for reacting to Gunnar's video.
I'd fully support Charlie if he was going to be "sued" by this old smooth brain. I'd support a countersue to finally get this idiot off the platform. Or just for the lol either way it'll be funny.
Oh I WISHHH 🙏 🙏🙏🙏. Charlie's legal team that he's partnered with had been ready to fight another dude for a clip that he copyright claimed like he owned it even though he was just the cameraman. And this one would be super easily defined as fair use. If Moist counter sued he would be blasted into spaced with a legal Final Flash. Not to mention that the active warrants would be brought back up again 😅
Real likelihood:
He’s likely not gonna unless he can somehow spin it to where the pros of increased channel traffic/hate views/troll comments outweigh the negatives of said troll comments, hate views, etc.
Given his current legal issues, his content isn’t sustainable enough for it to be in his favor in any semblence of the phrase.
He’s got a lot on his plate as Charlie covered, and this guy seemingly has some type of oppositional defiance disorder so the higher authority will take priority - whether or not it’ll be by choice is another story lol.
14:10 - You're absolutely correct. Chili DeCastro, aka Jose DeCastro, aka "DeleteLawz" has some serious mental issues going on. I used to think he was just your standard, run-of-the-mill grifter and scammer, but after having watched him over the past few years, I'm convinced he actually believes everything he says in his vids! It's almost sad when you think about it!
The whole time watching this, Weird Al's "I'll sue ya" was playing in my own head.
Chili Decastrated has filed a few lawsuits and I believe he has lost EVERY one of them.
I’m pretty sure most of his lawsuits are dropped like a prom night dumpster baby.
He has publicly stated that he doesn't expect to win any cases and only brings them to cost the target money with court costs.
@@Blasted2OblivionSo, SLAPP suits?
@@Quinntus79 I would say so, though I am pretty sure the standard changes a bit state to state.
People who think a judge will hear “You better watch out, I sue people all the time!” and think “this guy seems legit” have no business calling themselves a “law scholar.”
As someone who has seen some shorts from the delete laws guy, his description of his content is accurate, everyone I've seen is him bothering cops who are just trying to do there job without him in their personal space.
Gunnar should sue him instead, doxxing may itself be a legal gray area, however the methods used to find the information people use to dox someone ARE usually illegal and involve an invasion of privacy and the use of private information to find the public information that is being spread. So when this guy asked for Gunnars address or physical location. He essentially made a call to action for illegal behaviors, or at least has done something the right lawyer could argue as being such.
Your address is public record. You can usually just search "address search" and enter name/birthday. It is through your voting registration.
@@matthew33721 while your address may be public record and legal to share with the public, again if you read my original comment, most people will attempt to get that address in an illegal way as opposed to the legal method, and may well expose information beyond what is public record. The point was never the address being revealed but the methods used to get it. Most people aren't just calling county clerks and revenue offices to get this type of info.
Him asking for Gunner's address shouldn't be THAT much of a surprise. His channel is called Delete Lawz lmao
I watched the video
This is one of my favorite videos by Gunnar I love him lol 😂
I wish he'd bust that guy's balls again!
guess who's doing 6 months in the slammer right now...? lol
He also tried to pull the race card. 😂
@@Creamy-1988 yep
6 months with a second case for pretty much the exact same crimes he committed days after getting arrested the first time.
the hand move as he said "you petulant child" was the most italian thing
Going by his standards anyone with access to an internet browser is a constitutional law Scholar.
this was my favorite charlie reaction video yet. i've watched it at least 20 times and it never gets old. I used to be partners with that lunatic Chille till last year when we split. he did the same thing tome where he doxed me, brigaged his audience to mass report me, threatened me and my family, threatened to sue me and i also had to get a restraining order on him which was granted. oh and he is also facing stalking and harassing charges too as a result of the 24 videos he made about me defaming and doxxing me. He is a real winner... NOT, lol, I can't even say that with a straight face
Update on Delete Lawz TH-cam Channel: Delete Lawz TH-cam Channel is still around and does exist to this day (8 months later), and Castro is still active on it as of 2 Hours ago.
Good he expises our corrupt and broken legal system
Fun fact: as of a couple days ago this guy was arrested for interfering with a traffic stop and sentenced to 180 days in jail. Also yeah, looking at this guy's public records is hilarious
Harassment order: dismissed
Protection order: dismissed
Investigation into unauthorized practice of law: dismissed (on grounds of him refusing to show up to court)
Civil case: dismissed
Eviction: granted
Criminal threats: dismissed
Protection order: denied
Fraud (against a business): dismissed
Appeal: denied
Protection order (against HIM): granted
This dude... does not win. Ever. He's been charged and convicted of theft, driving without a license, stalking, domestic violence, giving false info to police, manufacturing of controlled substance... it just goes on, and he's still got a dozen pending cases. This is actually pathetic.
So I won't be getting my trifold any time soon?
Wait... you say Slappy Rodriguez there "never wins", but it seems every case against him has been dismissed (including one 'cuz he wouldn't show up to court...!?), how to you rectify all that?
@@thewolfchild Most of these are cases HE has filed, not that were filed against him. He very much likes to sue other people and institutions, and they almost never get anywhere (whereas the ones against him are usually granted)
The first one for instance was him trying to charge someone else for harassment, not the other way around.
@@thewolfchild Look into basic literacy skills mate
In Canada if a person is known for filing lawsuits simply to harass or intimidate people they can be banned by the court from filing lawsuits and will be labelled by the court as a vexatious litigant. They will have to get court approval just to file a claim and it would be next to impossible for them to get an attorney to take their case
“I was so much more than you at this age” is honestly pretty funny
update : Chile is in jail.
Not true, Dungeon

I hope that Charlie gets a chance to watch the courtroom footage of this Chile’s arrest and jail sentence. Shit is comedy gold
They really gotta put a cool down on people that do lawsuits like this man holy shit. But those lawyers getting PAID
Sadly most serial suers represent themselves and cause annoyance to the defendent
Half a year later and his channel is still around, love this website
You have me hooked on GunnarTV. Super likeable and funny dude
I love the thumbnail it looks like penguin is like let not get to any conclusions 😂😂
This dude makes more lawsuits than Billy Mitchell
Thx- the doc moist showed said he had an FTA in Texas too so im wondering if the benched it- Ive had FTAs before and when I was arrested after that county went let me go the county my fta was in picked me up so ¯\🙄/¯
His history with being genuinely delulu (his shtick is not a troll Im 99% sure), switching between thanking him for “the views” and then threatening to sue Gunnar screamed view farming when I first watched Gunnar’s video.
He (imo) was counting on this and Gunnar covering it to get any kind of boost in the algorithm, but also his ego is fragile.
EDIT: also mental illness is clearly a factor lol.
"Crying" is a legal term, making a citizens lawsuit on his behalf for defamation. Yes, yes, yes.
They can petition to have it be necessary for a judge to sign off on any lawsuit he files if he's found to be a vexatious litigant. Trust me, im a self proclaimed law scholar...
Bro when Charlie said caricature is a legal term I lost it!
That's crazy
Lmao I'd love to see him go after moist and get curbstomped haha
I know this Public nuisance from Team Skeptics channel.
I went to one of his recent videos once, and took the piss outta him, he responded like a literal 13 year old.
Good times.

"Constitutional Law Scholar" = Sovereign Citizen. To clear up the confusion.
Yes and no. A constitutional law scholar actually is a legit thing. They just like to claim the title because it makes them feel better.
Just wanted to pop in and let y'all know Chilli just got 6 months in jail because he couldn't shut up for 2 mins in court.
Wow! Where?
@@daveeyesNevada. Our Nevada Judges covered it. He got hit for 180 days and has a second case for the same crimes currently in the works.
That’s the best segue I’ve ever seen, amazing!
We should create some kinda of law & order type process where we can take another person or party to like a room with a person educated in our laws to over see and mediate between us to solve or come to a solution for our problems. An then make the person whos at fault pay the other person a completelty random amount of money. An make them both pay the educated mediator an the owner of that room money too.
I swear that is literally court lol
That's assuming both parties are interested in justice. Chille is just out to "punish" perceived slights by costing people money. He is always pro-se.
I hope this is satire or sarcasm because that is quite literally court.

Chille thinks that if you study any subject, by any means, for any amount of time, it makes you a "schollar".
So apparently I'm a "Penthouse Letters Scholar" 🤣🤦♀️

He seems like the kid who had a sibling and he was the one who hovered his finger over the sibling saying "I'm not touching you" just so the sibling would get mad. And then it was the sibling's fault for getting mad, or tried to pawn it off like it was their fault for being a pansy or something like that

DeleteLaws is such a clown, he alread lost the second he started whining about Gunnar's video and threatening a law suit...
Crazy how you can go from a mighty morphing power ranger to this in just a few years
why would it matter if the police is alowed to frisk you if you have nothing and if you do well than the officer was right to do it.
Plus, if they actually abuse their power or do something illegal, you can sue them. They have bodycams, too! I'm not a cops super fan, but I am always trying to see both sides! Nothing is black and white 🤷🏻♂️

Sad to see his channel has 500k subs and is still active 11 months later
Moist, those flashing warrant things on his rap sheet? Yeah they are still active and will REMAIN active until he's apprehended in Oregon by its police force or by that police department that has the other warrant for him but the MOMENT he steps foot in Oregon or is near the vicinity of that department the cops will be like "It's hunting season!" and try to make a bee-line for his ass the moment they know he's there.

You can just tell this guy WANTS to take people to court. you don't say "Yesssssss" when seeing something you (wrongly) think gives you ground to sue unless you're looking for it.

@@executioner_ecgbert884 maybe they will have a litigious Mexican standoff with the dude that created cool cat
Wow, Moist covering Chili De Castro, the realms are merging!
Chili is currently in jail, so there's that :)
That is incorrect.
BTW hammerboi has a huge number of videos full of threats that he's privated or deleted. He calls for brigading and doxing all the time. Chille has several channels. Sadly no all his channels still exist. TH-cam has completely ignored the many violations.
This is that kid from primary school who always tried to be cool like an anime protagonist but just ends up looking so cringe everyone begins to gag
dude he's just one of those people looking for a way to not have to work for anything and just spends there entire lives looking for a case to sue someone I don't think its a mental illness I think he just wants to get money without having to work
The sad part is that, with all of the effort he puts into it, a normal job would be easier.
I was a cop for years. Id like to take Deletelawz on a ride along. It would scare the SHIT out of him.
Lol Delete Laws deleted that video, probably couldn't handle being dragged by the comments and TH-cam 😂
TH-cam took away his channel previously for the same type of behavior. But then they allowed Delete Lawz back on the platform.
