I got a buddy to put a couple tack welds so it doesn’t slip😂

Sand off the paint with sand paper on the inside of the stem where it is in contact with the bars. Mix in sand with the grease you use to coat the bars and stem.
This solved all bar slip on all my bikes including MTB.
Pros mix in sand with grease.
