    I am into my 2nd month and i can see the difference in my lower belly. Top is still bulging. It doesn’t take 24 days for me as only my second mth i see difference. Maybe abt 2cm lost in lower belly. Will keep doing it

    It was my first time trying it...incredible...i done it for 30 secs...it felt I was running for 30 mins...i will start properly from tomorrow.
