Practice in Falmouth have just announced that they are no longer providing NHS dental care to 3.000 patients. They will only see under 18s or vulnerable patients who are NHS exempt from charges.
The patients unable to access NHS care will now have to either have private treatment or go on a NHS waiting list.
    NHS dentistry is dying.

Can a specialist orthodontist who owns his own practice make a million pounds a year or is this figure impossible. I would really appreciate your insight into this now u have worked as a dentist for a number of years

It is not impossible but you will need to have a high demand for treatment and enough treatment rooms to reach that kind of turnover. If you have the business acumen and the reputation in your area then it is possible.

If you want to make enough money, many people got to rip off many customers, or they won't make enough n sometimes not enough to keep the business open
