  • Hi! In this weeks video, I’ve created some subtle adjustments to each stretch that allow you to easily and effectively take the stretches a little bit deeper without having to get into uncomfortable positions. These stretches are so gentle and easy on the body, but with each long hold, allows the targeted muscles to really begin to stretch and relax, gaining that flexibility that we’re all looking for! I hope that you enjoy!

    Awesome! After doing yoga for about a year and a half, quitting, and becoming a Christian, I must say my body has become pretty tight and achey, so these videos are a God send. Thank you Caitlin.

    Great name! 🤩 as a former atheist I loved yoga, but I have recently found God and found out about the practices of yoga and what they mean, I was very disappointed!! So happy to have found your page, thank you!!

    I typed in non yoga stretches. Im so glad i found this channel! Praise God 🙌✝️💗! I decided to invite God in on my weightloss journey. I beleive thats where i failed before. Im so excited to start this journey with the Lord 😁

    Hi Caitlin, I saw your interview with Doreen. You have no idea just how grateful I am for this video I came to the Lords table a few years ago and stopped doing yoga when I found out the truth. Due to conditions that I have my body has been in so much pain, well I just did this routine and I feel like a new woman, my body feels so relieved and relaxed. Stretching is so important, also I can already feel I am going to approach today with a much better attitude because I feel so much better already. Just subbed I will check out your content, if you do not already have it could you please make a video on deep neck and shoulder stretching, and calf muscles to. God bless you and your family, this was easy to follow and I can hear you perfectly.

    This was really eye-opening actually. I saw your interview with Doreen Virtue and wanted to try this out. I had done yoga for many years, decades actually since I started as a kid. I always felt like it was nothing more than exercise for flexibility and strength. When I first heard about the roots of it about six months ago though I stopped doing it, but recently I was feeling inflexible and tight and stiff. So I'm very glad I found your channel. But what amazed me during this routine was how, for lack of a better term, "empty" it felt. It's just stretching my body, nothing more. I realize how spiritual the yoga felt in comparison. Yoga would make me feel not just stretched out but also powerful, beautiful, almost divine, which I didn't even really notice until I saw how different this one felt. This routine felt about as empty to me as going for a jog, which I also do enjoy doing for health reasons. I see that Yoga was more than just exercise to me, it was spiritual, and as a new Christian I know that's not the type of spirituality we should be seeking. So thank you for giving me this opportunity. I'm looking forward to seeing your other videos.

      Thanks for sharing this! Ya, that false power the enemy gives but then just as soon takes away, and that it always requires constant input from it - that feeling you described from yoga, never lasts. So interesting eh. I actually found this so be so relaxing and calming to my system. But what you shared, I think that is also a way the enemy tries to lure ppl back (Esp since you noted you were newer Christian back when you made this comment) - like he's like oh look how "empty" this feels, don't you want that power you felt with yoga? (lol) he's such a liar!! (though Praise God as Holy Spirit was using that experience/reflection to show you that you don't want to do yoga! no amount of the enemies false idols will lure us once we know the truth and true peace of Jesus!). Because it's a power that puts us in bondage and again is fleeting and eventually destroys us! That is no real power, it's a counterfeit. Only Jesus is the true power over all, and the true Peace that is beyond understanding. Thank-you Jesus!

    I'm not a christian, but a truther you might say. And now want to understand the true origin of yoga. Thanks for contributing! I want to share that i feel stressed by all the small cuts so frequently appearing. One of the things i really enjoyed with yoga classes was the underlying sense of deep peace, to really get authentic spiritually, calm down, no editing, and i want to encourage you to honor your authenticity, and god (i feel), by accepting your expression as it is, not editing the class or talks, at least not so much. It would give a whole new quality, depth and feel to the class which i think would be much appreciated. I hope not to sound arrogant, i've given up a lot of my authenticity myself unfortunately, and feel kind of desperate for true surroundings. Wish you all the best!

      And it would be great with longer classes to really get into a deep flow. Maybe eventually coming up with a new name that doesn't include "yoga", to not reinforce the term? And I take it that these practices arent only for christians but for anyone who seeks and honors god?

    So thankful for an alternative! I even thought about creating my own video program, but too busy with other things in life so gonna share with others already doing non-yoga exercises, was thinking how fun it might be to name poses for saints or Christian objects (but only with utmost respect and reverence of course) - for example, “St. Peter’s Chair”

    This was amazing. I have been looking for something to replace yoga for almost three years now. I have health and body issues that yoga helped with, making me feel great, but when I found out the truth it put me through a lot. I am literally about to cry because it's hard for me to find a video that doesn't make me feel guilty and like I'm about to do something I shouldn't, even your stuff I was hesitant about before actually doing. My body feels great and makes me crave doing stretches again. It reminds me that you can do good stuff for your body that isn't bad spiritually. Thank you so much. You make me motivated to actually get into a routine again that's good for my body. With yoga, it was like doing something productive that isn't always a full effort. It could just simply be relaxing and I was upset to have to cut it out. But, now that I found your videos, it makes me happy to be able to have a healthy routine that doesn't always require too much effort on a day my body is wanting to just simply rest.     This hurt my back and showed me how tensed-up I am in the back and shoulders. They're still a bit sore, so I hope that doing this regularly will loosen those muscles. I used to do Yoga years ago and it really helped but I had to pack it in once I found out it's a form of Hindu worship and Christians shouldn't be doing it, so thanks for this.

    Hi Catlyn I'm so grateful that the Lord lead me to your video. I just recently had my 3rd child and am trying to get back in shape. My body didn't go right back to the way it was as it did with my other two children of course I was in my 20s when I had them. It is harder now that I'm in my 30s. So I was looking for non yoga stretching videos to do as a part of my workout. It is difficult to find stretching videos that doesn't involve yoga. I kn this video will be good for my body and spirit. Thank you so much for stepping out and being an instrument for Jesus threw these videos.

    To be honest I did get a bit confuses with the pelvic tilt instructions e.g when you say "forwards" or "backwards" Im confused as to what that means , which way round it is. - i had to rewind the video to watch what you did .
    But no worries ! It was a wonderful subtle stretch just what my body needed ❤ praise Jesus. thank you.

    I think you described the movements of the pelvic perfect. I used to work in physical therapy office and the PT would pretty much the same wording when talking about pelvic movements. No need for medical and "proper" terminology. Thank you for these videos. I'm looking forward to going back and utilizing your older videos.

    These are great, thank you so much. Is it possible to more yoga like, non-weird yoga stretches? It's hard to find videos like this without being told you are bowing to the moon or sun or some other weird spiritual stuff.
    I need to do a bunch of stuff cause my body tenses up A LOT!

    Hi Caitlin, I'm not a Christian but am very aware of the dark side of Hinduism, its worship of demons and idols, and its commonplace practice of the dark arts; so while I've greatly benefited from yoga for many years, I've never indulged in its "Oms" and "Namastes" and other Hindu practices. Just always took it as stretches and nothing else. My intention was always just to keep my body at its best and its really benefited me as I've grown older, and experienced all the aches and pains that we will all go through at some time in life. Despite all this, I am wary of doing anything that is even remotely connected to an idol-worshipping religion, and that's why I came here instead. I've just done this video because its your longest one, but these days I'm going through lower back pain every night, which translates to only about 3 hours of sleep every night. So I'm looking for a video that really tackles the spine and limbers it up. I'm going to check out your lower back video now, but I'd love it if you made a long video for a full body stretch. Please check out Shilpa Shetty's video on yoga. That's the kind of thing Im after, a full body routine. That one video has been my go-to for years now. I hope you can create something similar without the nudity and without the Hindu practices. Thank you.

    I feel every stretch in my lower back. I used to do these fine with no problems but now my lower back is so sensitive when stretching.

    Hi! Glad I found you! Wondering, as I a, 60 and out of shape, I am unable to sit on ankles and stretch backward. What would be an adaptation that I could do. Last year I was doing Christian y-- until I discovered what it really is. I need this stretching but right now sitting on my knees and upright is too painful. Help please!     I had a right hip replacement May 2922 and a left total knee replacement in November 2022. Any routines you can recommend for me?
