    I was just looking for a non yoga stretch video and the YT algorithm Gave Me You. So I watch the 5 to 10 minute short one and the best part about it was when you said if you haven't been in God's word today you encourage us to pause the video and do that which I did so thank you very much for that one. Congratulations on your upcoming Family addition❤ I have three they are all grown. My youngest will actually be turning 19 in about a week and a half. I am also in a new season of My Life. I'm not exactly sure which one it is but I think anything must be better than the one I just came out of which was grief and loss. I'm very glad that God doesn't keep us in the same places forever. Right now I am on a journey to get to know Jesus on a literal personal level. I was doing yoga during covid for gentle exercise for my back because I have spinal stenosis and it did help but I found myself falling into the new age way of thinking God laid spiritual conviction on my heart about 2 years ago I stopped doing yoga started studying biblical archaeology and eschatology and now I am just a big fat nerd for all that kind of stuff. I'm very thankful for the yoga though because it showed me so many things about faith spirituality and religion and ultimately it was the yoga and the conviction that led me down the road and search of the god of my faith and to ensure that I would always be able to give not only an account for what and why I believe but in a very exact details account. I realized pretty quickly that I was in love with a Jewish man. Now I am on a mission to find him in order to have a very intimate relationship. I call him my Lord I tell him he's saved me I call him King I sing Hosanna to him I have given my life right back for he purchased me. I have a relationship with God and I know Christ says if you know me you know the father IE they're the same the Trinity 3 in 1 etcetera but I don't actually have a literal personal intimate relationship with Jesus. By the grace of God all of that is about to change. Sorry for the long text but this is how much your short little 510 minute video affected me and I'm sorry I didn't post over there I guess I just get it in where I can fit it in I had started watching this video and whatever I heard you say again about instead of watching me go take the time to be in the word and I had to post❤

    Thanks you for sharing this. I did p90x for consistently for a year, but was convicted about doing "yoga" which i do not do anymore. Some of stretches in that work out (at the end are not yoga based) My question is, is there a substitute for the "yoga x" routine out there?     Great class. But the multiple commercial interruptions makes it really hard to do. Could you maybe just have commercials at the beginning before we start? It would be very helpful. I've had to stop and get up 2x now to skip commercials mid stretch. :\

    I am myself learning, different terminology, other than yoga. Simply because yoga will always be known for yoga I don’t want to hijack that. The word “Contrology” I’ve learned recently; stretching with mind body and soul.     Thank you so much Caitlin. Born again Christian here and have learned that yoga is no good as it’s serpent worship but was slightly lost as used to feel incredibly relaxed after the yoga workouts. Exactly what I needed thank you

    This is going to become a precious memory to me. I have done this stretch routine a number of times now, and I’m going to keep doing it, but yes - I do feel amazing. It was comforting to have something routine, gentle, effective, and delightful to enjoy.

    First time here and I'm just glad that non-yoga videos actually exist and not just an opposite of yoga, but Christian. I love to stretch the parts of the body because I think it's so good for us so I'm grateful that I don't have to give up stretching completely. Thank you ❤❤

    I recently felt a conviction within me about practicing yoga after doing further research and finding out what it truly stands for. I knew then and there that I had to stop and it kind of discouraged me. Then I started looking for non-yoga stretches and ended up liking them.     After being a Yogi for 12years (practising Bikram and Yin), I discovered a few weeks ago (after, ironically, asking the Lord to open my eyes so that I could see, and in doing so, mature in my relationship with Him), that as a Christian I had no business nor place practising yoga. Suffice to say, that weekend of awakening had me in an emotional and spiritual tail-spin. I felt so wretched and my heart ached every time I thought of how I had worshipped something other than my God (it was AWFUL). Whilst shaken, my foundation in Christ left me strong enough to come out the other side of the trauma (exhausted, but with an undeniable peace and a strong sense of protection and love). I threw out "all-things-yoga" accumulated over the years - and then Our Good Father led me to you. THANK YOU for being a light, THANK YOU for the good you do here. Regardless of whether you return to post or not - hosting a Channel is "a lot" so understand that 100% FAMILY takes priority - PLEASE KNOW that what you have done here, has been nothing short of GOD's miracle and a calling to those "Awakening" and "Transitioning" from that New Age Darkness.     Appreciate you for this! I have resisted movement throughout my pregnancy (20 weeks) so far because I didn't want to practice yoga. It is very difficult to find something that is not yoga related for pregnancy. So thank you very much for filling that niche!!! God Bless you :) I will do this regularly now.
