Getting nauseous from the noise cancellation thing is a real thing that happens to some people. Not sure what causes it, but you’re not alone. Headaches are also extremely common with it too.

I use to get nauseous with noise cancellation but I started to get use to it after a bit and now use it all the time! Especially for sleep lol

About getting nauseous when you turn noise isolation on: yeah i get what ur saying, because when you turn noise canceling on, on any types of headphones, you can get a airplane cabin pressure type feel

I recommend looking into Swedish vaulhounds. Simplistic way to describe them is a corgi wolf. It’s a herding dog. They are super short and super cute. They love people.
