Um i think I'll probs sound a bit weird but thank you. I really really needed that. I wouldn't say im particularly upset with how life is right now but i have been feeling really unmotivated and apathetic for the past few months and I've kind of just ignored my social life. I've stopped talking much to all my friends, not because i dont like them, im just never in the mood or motivated enough to start a convo with them :( before i used to always try to be a friend that checks up on others and makes sure they're doing okay.
After some bad things happened, i was feeling really down and while I don't think my friends owe me anything or they're expected to need to check up on me, i was sorta hoping at least someone would ask how i was going but no one ever did. That just worsened the super unmotivated state i was in and still am in (but im not as upset about anymore). After watching a bit of your video though and hearing you say the quote above ("and if you dont think you have that friend be that friend")... what you said was just what i needed. I think im going to start reconnecting with my friends. I know they're good people and even though i may not have a friend like the one you mentioned in the video, i am going to try my best to be that type of friend. Im going to start putting more effort in being a better person and friend. So thank you. Thank you so so so much. Your channel is amazing, i love your videos (your whispers are 👌 and put me to sleep very easily) and i hope you have a great day :)

I’m in college right now, first year at Texas state! Just realize that assignments are hard and real, and it goes by pretty fast. My college team, friends, family and community are all working hard on caring for each other because that’s what matters this year mainly. My goals for this year are fitness, communion, and staying healthy. :)

Ugh I didn’t think post college depression was even a thing but I am so feeling it. I just graduated this December and a part of me feels empty and just like if I am doing nothing with my life. I’m applying to jobs and all and I still work on campus but I just feel so empty lol and I’m ALWAYS tired. Thanks for acknowledging it and mentioning it. Makes me feel normal 😭
