my little 7-year-old brother and i are both extremely anxious. he has a panic disorder and generalized anxiety, and i have gad, sad, ptsd, and i'm paranoid. almost nothing gets us to sleep. i've tried ocean wave videos, nature sounds, relaxing piano- but nothing worked. i've always loved asmr but didn't know what my brother would think of it. i turned this video on and he was out in 20 minutes. thank you maria 💖
I don't know what it is about your videos, but the level of connection and personal affection you give literally has me in tears, not sobbing, but silent tears fall. Idk why, but I can tell you that you make me feel cared for, or loved; and I don't know what I can even say about that.

I cant relate to the tears part, because I feel content and relaxed listening to Maria. She simply helps me shut down my mind and I find it quicker than using other relaxation techniques. The ASMR you make is what I call Heavy ASMR.
Almost everything you do is what most people would consider relaxing. While other ASMRists do lighter ASMR that you sort of have invest yourself into to get fully relaxed.
Not that they can't make a video just as relaxing, but the majority of yours are extremely relaxing without having to pay super close attention.
I 100% agree to this, i always have to focus on the others but she could give me tingles even when im zoned out

My little sister is 4 and she has minor anger issues and has a hard time falling asleep and so I showed her this video last night hoping it would help her fall asleep. It did! I saw her tonight laying her head on her pillow and running her hand over her pillow very slowly and then a few minutes later I heard her breathing getting a little heavier and she was out like a light! She's 4 years old well she will be 5 next month but anyway her anger issues have almost gone away and she sleeps a lot better and doesn't wake up crying so thank you so much

+goldmika *LMAO, I JUST LOOKED UP AT THE CLOCK LIKE "OH IS IT BEDTIME YET??"* (Tonight is my "Saturday night" but I am SO TIRED from literally one of the worst weeks of my life.) Which is how I discovered this. Because I have EVERY MEDICATION YOU CAN NAME, but sometimes medication just is not the answer. As a Post Grad. Psych student, now working in my own field, I have to try to find other ways to "de-stress" an unwind which is beyond hard when your mother was a Psychiatrist and you have been on "meds" since age 5 almost and just about off all the "unnecessary" ones. I am not a huge fan of ASMR because it is just too hard for me, but I am UTTERLY AMAZED AND IMPRESSED BY MARIA. I would PAY to have someone like her live with me lol, great for me, but better for my sons and just my pets, my plants lol.. *SHE'S THE BEST!!*

This woman has saved lives for sure an you never would believe that someone whispering and being soft would save so many lives. She has healed so many. When my mum was unwell and then dying and fully died I went into sleep deprivation and psychosis. She has been a anchor for years since she first started around 12 years ago I believe thank you ❤🎉❤🎉
