Her voice is so soothing. When I'm tired and play her whisper videos, I don't stand a chance. She takes me down like a tranquilizer dart.
That's great, except that ASMR is about triggers and sustaining those triggers. True ASMR won't put anyone to sleep. I'm not saying don't watch. If her videos help you get sleep or whatever, so be it, but this girl is supposedly the queen of ASMR - and getting paid - so her vids should invoke a lot of tingles. Clearly with you that's not happening.
@Rev73B, I got you. Tingles are what we look for but the result is sudden sleep.
@@clydebillings9347 It's really up to the receiver. Her kind of voice full of rustle and hiss gives me the strongest tingles ever (similar to that of Candice Night for instance). If I want to fall asleep I need much more monotony and harmony.

I love the breathy ear-to-ear whispers without mic brushing. I think I might be one of the few people that hates mic brushing.

Mic brushing can be overwhelming or annoying, depending on the mic cover imo. I like it when there is no cover and it’s just the metallic noise.

A hurry sickness healer.🙏🏻Maria’s flow is so consistent with all of her videos. She is a master of locking in a slow cadence and maintaining the tempo throughout. That’s really difficult to do (musicians can relate; it’s difficult to play intricate slow tempo without constantly speeding up). Her scenes always flow so naturally I forget what I’m even watching. It’s like I’m actually waiting around at a doctor’s apt right now. Beautiful artist, beautiful art.
