Such a great conversation with Richard Schwartz. Some unique points came up that were not covered in other interviews. And thank you for letting us witness your session, this was really helpful 🙏
So lovely of you to share this experience Ronan.
It's such a beautiful modality, 🙏 Richard Schwartz
So important pls have more of Dr Schwartz pls pls pls
I agree … Dr Schwartz … thank you so much for bringing this to our community and awakening me to my inner community.
Love this 🍄🐝🥰🦋❤️❤️
More please 🙏🏻
Especially helpful is depicting the DSM
diagnosis/ profiles as parts - descriptor! Thank you so much for this video interview ❤IFS is a creative therapeutic genius mirroring the human condition. It has greatly influenced many lives, present company included. 😊
As a dialectical materialist IFS has become more and more appealing. This is one of the few modalities that really accounts for what we used to refer to in psychoanalysis as internalized objects and offers treatment that really factors in Systems, nested within the personality itself.
Helped me release tears
WITNESSED ? WENT THRU ALL OF THE PAST DRAWN OUT INTO THE FUTURE?
0 UNTO NOW :) ONE CHILDGROWNUP UNDIVIDED UNOWNED YOU N I VERSE CITY;)))
❤
Great video. But how on earth are we supposed to get hold of these psychedelics?
Delta 8 THC is my micro-dosing that works well for the meditation into listening to all parts of self.
@@innerlocusThanks. What is it? Is it safe without a therapist?!
@@alandry6872 Yes, it is safe as it is only 0.3mg of THC which is legal in most states, it relaxes like pot but no paranoia.
A spiritual/religious practice? No wonder IFS is leading to an epidemic of people acting out DID system pluralities instead of developing a hardcore self.
Actually they were acting out mild cases beforehand, but were not aware of when they made the shift. (There is also no amnesia as there is with DID.) Now folks are aware of when they made a shift (into blending), and have techniques to reduce the likelihood of future unplanned blendings, that is, the spontaneous harmful ones.
@@martialmusic what you claim is not representative of the reality. IFS develops a hardcore self, as in Family Systems Theory, which IFS comes out of. A dangerous offshoot of IFS is developing unstable and delusional pluralities instead of developing stable and functional hardcore selves.
@@martialmusic this is all mumbo jumbo to justify abusive people remaining abusive (the blend always involves switching to a behaviorally disordered aspect of their personality)
@@derekpmoore one is always responsible for one’s behavior
@@derekpmoorehow are these abusive behaviors being justified by IFS? I sense something reacting in you, I just wanna know what it is :)
Just brilliant.... ty 🙌🤍🌿
