Identifying the friction 🙌Thank you for these tips! I plan to start timing myself doing mini tasks. With ADHD everything feels like it will take either 90 seconds or 4 hours so I’m trying to get a true gauge to identify those 2 minute tasks.
We all go through this. I kept putting off working out this morning almost convinced myself it was to close to church to start. However my systems kicked in and I ran. Take this break to identify your friction points!
Thank you so much! Yes, identifying friction is the winner. I immediately started jotting down notes, several pages of them. I have a much better idea now of how to go about my goals. Thanks a lot!!! ❤❤❤
My action item was right here. I'm usually a morning workout person. I changed my work schedule to fit into my workout schedule. So now I moved my workouts to the evening because I wouldn't have enough energy/fuel to do strength training. Here is where removing friction will help. Tyfs!
Love this video felt like you been eyes in life. It was the energy management for me… I’m trying to do stuff after work when I should sacrifice getting up earlier to accomplish more.
I had problem sleeping through my alarm for work, I have to be there at 6am. Putting a second alarm clock in my bathroom has changed the game. I haven’t been late for work in over 2 years.
@ maybe once or twice, but my job is so strict. If you don’t call and say your going to be late 30 minutes before time to clock in, they consider it AWOL. It’s crazy.
I recently discovered your channel, and I definitely resonate with the problems you identify with day-to-day productivity. In this video, you talked about creating accountability. Can you suggest any tips on that, given that we are in an intensely competitive world and somewhere deep down it's rooted that no one really cares if I fail at a task and people rather wish for it?
Welcome aboard! I think the best advice on that is how to stop caring on what you can’t control and what others are doing. I have a video on this topic. You may want to think about why you are even concerned with that! Let me know your thoughts!
I’m gone keep it simple and small task and not so much. Habit tracker app and that dopamine hits clicking completed. Riding off discipline not motivation. My spirit guides taught me how to consistently doing stuff motivated and now making me not care and showing me how to show up even when I’m happy and that happiness and dopamine hit. I love your videos. 2025 will be another of growth and honesty so I can overcome my self sabotage.
Merry Christmas! My advice is to take inventory of what you can control. For example if you are not able to move how you want you control your diet. If you have pain management what times and moments do you feel better? How do you capitalize on those times!
What is the ONE thing you can do this week to start folllwing through? Comment below ❤
I definitely struggle with the action step on certain things 🥲 one step I will take is updating my resume in preparation to get into my job search!
Energy management: such a great idea!
It’s such an important extra layer!
To stop giving up I set 3 top priorities for the day and make sure they are completed by noon. Everything else is a bonus.
great advice i call these the Big 3! i live the idea of before noon!
Thank you for this video. I am a huge procrastinator and my major goal for the new year and moving forward is to change this. Baby steps…wish me luck

🤔
Me too, procrastination is my middle name 😢
Yes, you have to set yourself up for success.
Absolutely
Start small is very helpful and can be encouraging when you accomplish your task.
I love making things granular!
Putting what matters over my mind. Philippians 4:6-7, To be anxious for nothing but in everything pray, pray and pray some more 🙏
This was literally the scripture used in church this morning! Consider this confirmation 🥰
Awe! Touching and agreeing with all who wants to be better in 2025.

"Energy Management" ... I never heard of that, but it makes total sense!
It’s a great layer to consider when planning your major tasks!
So helpful! I'm going to come back and watch again and take notes.

I’m trying to figure it out. I’m starting time blocking this week to see how this works for me.
It was a game changer for me. Life didn’t get perfect but I am more productive!
Just found you. Great video!! Thank you.
