It takes you to the details through each and every part of the house. House is built by building company ,Justin Bowe who are very reliable and perfect in the way they build the house in a very affordable price.
House is very much focused on contemporary style with very beautiful interior ,designed by malayalee family, Shambu and Meera. They have researched for more than a year to build this house .The theme they followed is black and white through out the house . Flooring of this house is high quality premium hybrid vinyl in black and white shade which is stunning.
This is a four bedroom , two bathroom, double garage house . They have an extra media room , study room and also children play area. They have also included a powder room extra. They have also included 6.5 kv Solar Panel and 10 zone ducted Dyson Air condition in the house. All these are included in 260 sq Metre .This house is in a prime location in Toowoomba, Kearney Spring and also very near to University of Southern Queensland (USQ).
Queensland is experiencing a very high building boom due to Olympics 2032 to be conducted in Brisbane. It is very hard to find a right builder at this time who reasonably charge us . Justin Bowe building is very much recommended by everyone who has build house through them.
Usual building period is 4 to 6 months . But , this house took 1 year to complete due to timber and building material shortages.
Great to see an couple enjoying the and living the Australian dream and way of life. We want all immigrants to Australia to be happy, successful and wealthy -- congratulations and I wish them well.

After all it mad of wood. : ) Cardbord hoses .. no brick at all.. You will replace roofing siding sheet rock etc....
Bricks 🧱 only outside can withstand 100km wind and weather proof. Meeting all Australian standards
