This house is so intense on so many levels. Love the high ceilings and the chandelier feature, the rooms are nicely styled and spacious. Only drawback is the back lawn, but small and lacking landscaping to match the house. Overall, great video and amazing house 👍🏽
I’m loving these luxurious houses you guys have been filming! This particular $3M house is enormous and love the light and details. Anyway, I think I’d feel alone there. So many living rooms and bedrooms.
This is cool, the seller and his agent are brave. The agent started selling the house even without giving a quote - or how could he give a quote when he has not seen the house inside?
These are my personal thoughts about this house. I think I'll start with the things that I liked. I thought the stained floorboards downstairs were wonderful, the chandeliers gave a rich lifestyle vibe, I thought the room with the ceiling squares was a really nice touch, and I also thought the window in the kitchen next to the bench was different in a great way. (Although its a shame that its view was a fence) As for the rest though, the fact is that your ass-to ass with your neighbours, the yard is so small, none of the rooms seemed bigger than your standard Melbourne ones, there was a severe lacking of any colour in the house, just a colour pallet of grey, white and some black and not much else other than the odd bit of art work. Finally, the house was missing any level of wow factor. Maybe thats just me, but nothing about this house seemed special. I didnt see anything that separates this house from another, was it the extra bedrooms? But they are all near identical? Wheres the luxury part?
Also if you notice at the beginning ( when he walking towards the house) the others homes seem dowdy compared to this one. Big home in modest neighborhood could not be very cost friendly
Yeah nah not too great this house. Yes it looks great but believe me for that much $, you can build a much better designed house. I spent $950k on my double storey house and I got kitchen, butlers and pantry almost double size of this and my guest room is definitely bigger and better. My master has two WIRs and a seperate room fashioned as dressing area with wall to wall mirrors, custom made robes and custom LED lighting for make up n stuff.
If life gives you lemon, you make lemonades, so at this point instead of waiting for stocks to crash or recovery, focus on how to profit off the current market, Bloomberg, WSJ, BBC business (just to mention a few) have been recording cases of folks averaging 350k in 12weeks, so there's money being moved around if you know where you're looking.
I agree, my profit have been quite consistent, regardless of market situation, I got in early 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me so I sold off, got back in Dec 2020 this time with guidance from a portfolio-adviser that was commended by a popular economist on a subreddit, long story short, its been 2years now and I’ve gained over $850k following guidance from my investment adviser.
Knowing to have a job like that you'd think they'd have money to go and buy new pair of socks like come on how like how imbaressing especially on national television
Can't you just say electric rather than induction ffs lol you really wouldn't want to add a projector in that upstairs lounge, it's certainly not the right place. maybe a large screen tv, 85" from Sony or LG would be my prefetred choice...
Well that’s well ventilated socks 🧦 😂
I was about to say the same thing... he has a pretty big hole there
I love that house.I wish I could build it and live in it forever

My advisor is "ROCH DUNGCA-SCHREIBER " You can easily look her up, she has years of financial market experience.
Don’t get me wrong it’s a stunning house but couldn’t cope with the amount of spiders you would find

i loved the 'round of shots' movement Nick did.
@@kikij1 his outfit is interesting…
his vocabulary is incredibly informal, disgusting for a supposed “realestate agent”.

Australians don't like to put the description of the Home
