Very nice grill marks. I do parallelogram rhombus grill marks, a somewhat squatty diamond shape where two opposite corners are a little closer than the other two opposite corners. This is the marks that win steak championships every year. I do 30 seconds then flip over, repeat. Then flip n spin from 11 o'clock to 1 o'clock. So less than 90 degree rotation. Then flip to the last :30. I then slow cook to 128 degrees Fahrenheit i let rest till steaks are below 100 then i brand the grill marks with an electric charcoal starter. I brand till i get a good char rather than just Maillard Reaction. I let cool to below 100 degrees again, then i overall sear on very hot cast iron for 45 seconds to develop an overall Maillard Reaction ( pronounced My Yard). Let rest. Its work, but a good steak is worth more work than hamburger. Love your channel.

@teddyr-2147 Thanks. Mine are the 14.5 in Grill Grate brand. Cheap and versatile. Check out my video on where all I use this small size. Here is a link to the grates. Grill On 🔥 a.co/d/eIZfoNz
