I really appreciate that this cover doesn't do any unnecessary flourishes like I see in a lot of metal covers, like random, out of place pinch harmonics, or superfluous arpeggios. Marty's music may get very layered but it often has very deliberate placement of the notes and gives each part a unique purpose. Really enjoy this!
As a massive Halo 3 ODST fan, this is by far the best cover the Song I've seen, Makes me want to get on the rocket turrets on NMPD/Skyline and show those covenant scum whos boss
You gotta get Master Chief Collection and play all the Halo games (well, almost all, only 2 games out of the 8 are missing) you will not regret it. Halo is an experience. I recommend you play it in release order (so that would be Combat Evolved, 2, 3, ODST, Reach, then 4).
Highly recommend playing MCC as well, but strongly advise against playing Halo 5 and maybe Infinite. Halo Infinite isn't too bad but it still has to play off of Halo 5, a game about as fun as getting a vasectomy, and about as faithful to the lore as the live action Dragonball movie.

For instance, the one from NMPD HQ is actually called "Air Traffic Control" and was composed by Stan LePard, along with Marty and Mike ofc. There is no track in the Bungie Halo games called "We're the Desperate Measures." It's just misinformation. It's so weird that this misinformation has reached a point where fans have nicknames for 4 different songs. Just use the real names lol
Would love to see him do Reclaimer and Unyielding. Everyone’s done Mjolnir Mix but not Reclaimer and Unyielding. Also the Scarab battle part of Metropolis could be sweet too.

Honestly, even among Halo music, ODST was something special. Had one hell of a moody vibe to it, but also sometimes you got hard hitters like this. :)
