have you heard of the website OCRemix? theyve collaborated entire Albums of remixes for the DKC series (not all of it is Metal, but theres a lot of great tracks either way)
that, and a youtuber named ZMix also made a decent album for DKC2...its more dubstep-y, but still not 'bad' considering the Source Music lol

Same here! DK Country's soundtrack was amazing at the time, and is still amazing, despite the limitations that the Snes had for music!
It’s beautiful that these songs are so beloved that they continue to be appreciated for decades after they are made.
