Feel Good Fall Pilates (15 Minutes) | Pilates with Amanda

- As the seasons start to change and the weather begins to cool down, it's important to keep the blood flowing even when your feeling lethargic. It doesn't have to be a lot but staying active is vital and necessary! It can't just be for summer! In order to achieve greatness and make big changes, you need to stay consistent.
I made this "freestyle" Pilates flow with the Fall Season in mind. This workout was filmed completely unplanned, unscripted and 100% authentic to how/what my body needed and was feeling. I used 1 pound weights throughout this video flow to make the workout a tid-bit more challenging....But friends, they're only 1 pounders and you DON'T need them to feel the work. Do what feels good for YOU. This workout is all about feeling good, flowing, moving, getting the blood pumping and allowing ourselves to be present for the duration of the workout. Grab yourself an exercise mat and let's flow together!
