Hmm, Oddly I don't get "Mac OS Audio Capture" as an option on my M1 Mac running Sonoma. Just the usually "Audio Output Capture". When I try to click properties, I don't see the application option. Any ideas?
Having the same issues there is incompatibility with sonoma and every single video/forum I have seen no one has solved the issue. I have a capture card connected to my nintendo switch and cant get the audio on my switch onto obs. Im on sonoma 14.2.1
I got sooo excited when i saw MacOS audio capture, but I absolutely hate it. I'm on OBS 30.0.2 and Mac Sonoma 14.3.1. I own a Macbook M1 Max, 2021. For the past month, every time i open OBS, macOS audio capture unlinks from the application (Spotify especially, along with discord, streamdeck, and lumia stream), and if i try to reconnect, it crashes. There are times it shows that it is connected, but there is no audio being fed into OBS. I at times have to restart the capture to refresh the connection, but sometimes that results in OBS crashing as well. I'm using Wave Link in the mean time, but that creates the problem where all audio is coming from a singular source. Any tips on this at all? Pls save me LAS Curry! :(
Great video! Question, when I set my capture card and music to Monitor and Output, my viewers are saying that they are hearing an echo, like it's doubling up. It looks like my Desktop is picking up both my music and my capture card. Is there a way to separate that so they're not hearing that echo? Thank you in advance 😀
Hey Great video are you able to get separate audio tracks in OBS when you bring it into any editing software and if so how would you do this and could you do a video on it thanks 😀
(M1 Air Mac 2020) I'm still on os11 Big Sur, and I have to use Blackhole to capture desktop audio. But if I update to 14, I won't need to use external software like Blackhole to capture desktop audio on my M1 Mac anymore?

It’s saying no properties available
You have to restart the application. That's what worked for me.
