    Firstly, my sincere gratitude for the thorough and detailed content! Sencondly, I would like to take the oppotunity to ask if you could do a video of excel best practices while financial modeling?
    Please allow me to add am exemaple to help bring some color to my sugestion: cells in green are inputs, add a column for the unit used in the line, add a column for totals, etc...

    Hello, thanks for the video. If I need to create DCF model (for potential investors) and our company (E-Commerce, IT SturpUp) doesn't use any loans, operates only according to the own cash flows and money (i.e. there's exist value of equity, but value of Debt = 0), how to calculate WACC and what's the better way in such case? Thanks

    tbh this was a awesome video, just a quick question, in the project DCF tab, why you don't multiple IR rate in the COGS 1 & 2 cells?

    • @pearlstella
      @pearlstella  ปีที่แล้ว

      thank you so much!!🤗 I made two COGS lines and two revenue lines just for breakdown if someone wanted that (for example revenue and COGS from two different regions or something). Not sure that I understand your question, what do you mean? :D

      @amingholipoor1575 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@pearlstella I have assumed that the cost of project through time is related to inflation rate of the economy (= interest rate), so should we multiply cost of project (=COGS) to interest rate?

    Hey great video. Whats the salary range for analyst jobs? 100-125k$? And especially after tax how much is left😂

    • @pearlstella
      @pearlstella  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks so much Karan!🤗 It's tough to set a salary range for analyst jobs because it depends on so many things (country, city, company, # of work hours, years of experience). I think for corporate finance analyst jobs at bigger companies in big cities in the US, I would say the typical salary range is 80k-120k, maybe 100k-180k for senior analysts, all before tax. Tax % also depends on where you live (income, state, city, country) but 30% in taxes if this is your salary in the US would be a reasonable estimate

      @@pearlstella Thanks for replying. I am a bit confused whether I should join data science or finance. any advice? I think DS is better short term but long term pay and career growth finance wins?
