How would a mason charge for such a job, how would he calculate his money?

Normally base on what I know 1 price is charged for doing everything except drawing the wires. Some time ago it was 30+thousands for making 1 but I guess it varies on size and the amount of meter panels and also if the Mason can't do the piping then he will charge different because an electrician would have to do that so that's a different price, or he can charge 1 price and pay an electrician from it
