Why do we do things the hard way in jamaica, its about time we use machine to spray on marter on the walls and why can't we have the ceiling finished within the forms? I been to other countries and the technology is available to make this process a lot faster that would keep the cost of building down in jamaica, for example, use concrete for supporting walls only and green board drywall for partition walls. Bulkhead for main plumbing lines, just to name a few.
@@MrNanah38 some of what you mention is actually available, its just that people prefer the old fashion way, we are talking about jamaican people you know they like sold walls in other cases such as business wise with buildings you will find dry walls and there are lots of different ceiling finish it's left up to what a client prefer. When it comes to machinery that's another level jamaica not yet reach or maybe in process

Goos job! Please, is that a plumbing pipe and what's the size of the pipe.
Thank you, yes it is this 1 is 4 inch waste water pipe for 4" recessed lights, you can also use 3" pipe if you are using 3" recessed lights.

I bought some doors with weight 35 3/4 and length 79. can you please tell me the size to dress because the house will be tiled also.? thanks
@@timcampbell5027 they are 3 feet doors its because of the metrics measure the size is cut down you can dress them 39 ¼" if it was ply door u dress 39½ because they come exact measurement

@@timcampbell5027 that part u got to work out acording to the thickness of the tiles u gonna use but u can catch the floor level 81 from the top of the jamb to the floor so u have 1 inch space for the tiles and tin set or 82 ½ from the lintel if the jamb is not yet installed

@@technide6455 that all depends on how good that wall is how straight and plum ½" to ¾ but when u screen the wall and plumb it you will know try thin it out as best as u can ½" or more
