I know, because I bought a house where all the sockets (or wall outlets) were about 4 feet above the floor (in full view) and I wanted all sockets at 1 feet above the floor (out of view), in all rooms except kitchen and bathroom (where all sockets are at countertop height). I didn’t have the tools and materials to do it myself and it costs me about €10,000 to let it all done, which is about $11,000.
