I normally have issues with my hamstrings, what is the exercise i need to do every day to avoid this while playing.
To strengthen hamstrings standing exercises like lunges will help. You can also practice stretching the hamstring while sitting down. We tend to do this stretch at the end of the videos. Hope that helps.
