Only after passing a thorough inspection ensuring there are no issues and all equipment is present and operational. Furthermore, the agreed upon selling price has to reflect it's age.
I did I bought a 2023 Coachman Nova 20C Li3 in July at a super discount. I think I stole it. It’s perfect, no issues. It’s got 630 amp hours of Lithium power that runs the AC 7 hours without recharging. A boondocking camper and that works. No campgrounds for my camper van. It’s perfect for Harvest Host with no hookups.
Excellent video but: I might buy a two year old RV if the price was right and certain services were performed . In 2016 I purchased a 2014 motorhome that went through a foreclosure . It sat for over a year. The batteries and tires were replaced, it had the slides serviced, generator carburetor replaced, seals serviced, and It really didn’t have any major issues over the five years we kept it. Standard maintenance for sure. 45,000 miles and a lot fewer issues than others are having. But I’ve also seen two year old motorhomes on dealer lots I wouldn’t TOUCH. Good stuff- thank you again.
They’ve made RV’s too expensive. No one is buying them. It’s like purchasing another house. Who has that money nowadays!!???? They need to bring the prices down…
They could take some $ off on taxs if they donate them as shelter for hurricane victims. Even the volunteers need places to stay. The cold mountain air is hitting and more people could be lost.😢
It’s sad because if those rvs had been priced correctly they would’ve been sold now who would want them? Like purchasing a problem on purpose in one sense. I’m on the fence about it now loo
There are some good quality used units. And, some have found great deals on the new but older units like 2023's. Just be careful, hire a certified inspector and know what you are getting into.
Would you buy a 2 year old new RV?

Absolutely!
Thanks for the great advice. I thought an older RV could be a good deal. Thank you for pointing out the risks.
You bet! And, it can still be a great deal. Just make sure it's well inspected.

That's a very good use for them! We're keeping everyone in our prayers who were affected as another hurricane is headed for Fl.
Thanks love the information. You never hear anyone talking about this . 👍🏽
We felt it was important for consumers to know. Glad you enjoyed the vid!
Excellent Video!!!!
Thank you very much!
Good points
Thank you!
I would buy one if the price was right! To offset the cost of new hoses, tires etc
Yes, these could be a really good bargain.

Very true! If they were priced right they would have sold.
RV prices to high cheaper to stay in 4 star hotels
Hoping to see an adjustment soon.
Agree. We just sold ours last month. VRBO's, B & B's, hotels, etc from now on. They are money pits.
No. It’s been sitting too long on the lot.
Can you tell the people that they only get a one year warranty!!!! The RV industry is corrupt. Can you please tell the people that?
We have in multiple videos.
Wow...i want to purchase rv but MAN not sure now
