Dr. Eric Broadworth reviews the Mito Pro 300 red light therapy device
The Mito Pro 300 is a great device that is classified as an FDA class II device
✅ Overall, I'm happy with MitoPRO 300 which is a small tabletop unit that is best used for targeting small areas of the body compared with larger devices that can target larger areas or the entire body at once.
✅ The MitoPRO 300 is also their most popular panel right now due to the lower cost than the other devices so that people can try red light therapy without spending a fortune. You can get 5% off any Mito Red device with code fuelhealth
✅ The MitoRed 300 has 60 LEDs and 4 different wavelengths which are 630, 660, 830, and 850 nanometers, and comes with a tabletop stand which is great for maneuvering the light to position it how you want. I also like that you can connect multiple panels together through modular support
✅ Operations, overall, are simple and easy
Overall red light therapy has been shown to provide a lot of health benefits and the Mito Pro 300 is great for those looking to try a smaller device at a decent price.

I have a tri-mal ankle fracture on 2/10/24. I've been weight bearing since March 26th. Just started this Mito device on Monday and I feel so, so much better. Swelling is reduced significantly. Its crazy. I can't believe 3 days of this light did that.

I have the Mito Pro 1500 and love it. I previously had a Joov panel and that was my introduction to RLT. Using RLT has made a significant difference in my overall skin health and joint pain. Recovery from lifting is amazing and I use it prior to the gym. On days i use it before lifting, i can lift more and feel stronger.
I typically use the combination setting. I would politely disagree with you regarding weight loss. I have not seen that at all. Wish I did! However I’m not a researcher or a physician. I would love to hear more about this from you.

There's a lot of research on weight loss and body contouring. Go to Google scholar and search photobiomodulation AND weight loss. You will get quite a few hits. I'm glad it's been beneficial overall for you!

I also purchased from them that I'm waiting to get in on their actual back so it's a portable portable device that you can put around your back bodywill which is pretty cool so be on the lookout for that video if you have any questions or comments on this device please

You said you put it behind you for your back when sitting in a chair. Is it ok to lean back on it or is that too close? Is it ok to have it touching your skin?

I concur that this is excellent light for somebody who wants to start RLT at home. Did you say you have a light bed in your centre? Is it Mito light bed? I would love to see a review or just a presentation of that! I am a therapist from UK. I don't know anyone who has a light bed in my area. They are quite expensive 🫰 but look awesome.

So what about if I already had used my infra red sauna for 20 minutes, can I still use both IR and REd on the mito or should I just used RED light?

what is the safe distance for about 10 minutes? I have seen different things saying the mito pro is somewhere around 140 mW/cm2 which seems very high especially if I'm doing it 6 inches away/

I just received my mitopro 300 + today. Use will be for aging skin for me and arthritus for my husband. I just noticed that MitoRed came out with Mitopro x 300 for $80.00 more. They swapped the 850nm for 810nm. With the use I am looking for with light therapy do you think it would be beneficial to return my unopened Mitopro +300 and upgrade to the Mitopro x 300? The benefit of wavelength is more important to me than app capabilities, etc. physical appearance, etc. What would you choose? Thank you so much

I’ve had my Mito 300 for a couple of months. Using for neuropathy In feet and legs and a damaged peroneal nerves due to a number of things. I have started gradually time wise 3-4 minutes every other day. I target peroneal nerve, bottoms and tops of feet, calves etc. sometimes it kicks up tingling. Does this mean it is healing? Also, how many times a day should I do this and what amount of time on each area?
Settings currently at 630,660,850. Help, am I doing this right?
    Thank you!

If you have numbness and are noticing increased feeling or tingling that may be a sign of healing and nerve regeneration. I would recommend doing the treatment 1-2x per day. The near infrared settings will be best for nerve healing so the 850 is better than the 600s for this condition.

Im debating between the Mito 300 pro and mito pro 1500. I wanna use it for my building disk in lower back, for my bad knee, for my face, hair , elbows etc… Which one should I get? I also use my Ir sauna everyday. Can I use red light therapy and then use ir sauna or viceversa?

Most folks suggest 10 minutes for a full body panel. If using a small panel, you'd do 10 minutes per area; so 10 minutes front, 10 minutes back.
