  • Who is known for being quick.... I mean speedy... I mean efficient. Whatever, today I continue working on my garage by plumbing in air compressor lines. This is pretty simple, and relies on a few japanazon parts. Will this setup be a leaky girl? Only time will tell.

For some reason this was more enjoyable to watch than usual.

Great job Dem for standing in! Yep, it’s frustrating when new parts don’t work. I just threw away a new attachment for my stand mixer. 😡
    Great video. -M

Melt it down and build a better stand mixer!

You have a clean and well organized Shop, and then you surface mount air lines that make the shop look a bit shoddy. You could recess the manifold with out much trouble and conceal the hose line in the wall. Then the install would match the great care you have given everything else.

Ooh I like this distribution block idea…

Maybe some Amazon air hoses should have been shoved into the walls before drywall went in… I guess it’s not too late to run some air into the bathroom though for drying purposes.

respect for calling out how difficult those air hose reels are to install, such a poor design for mounting. I just had to install a new one and remove an old one, the old one was sooo difficult to remove I had to result in bringing the angle grinder and sawzall to it. Sheesh.

Angle grinder AND sawzall?! It put up a good fight!

Nicely done. Hope you were able to fill your hole.
Side note- the most impressive thing on the wall of your garage is the First Aid kit. Safety first!

Hole is still open, looking for a kind stranger to fill it.
Side-note-answer: that first aid kit expired years ago should probably just store nail guards in it.

you forgot to add a filter in line from the compressor to your reel to take out all your moisture in the lines. moisture is what kills your air tools.

Good call, I usually only use a dryer on the paint guns but I suppose it would be easy enough to plug a in-line filter coming right out of the compressor.

Excellent, except for the poor quality and the lack of quality inspections of products sold today!😖

Sad thing is for a lot of this stuff there really isn’t a quality option anymore. 😞
