Evolution of Building Details - An example of what you can do with 3D building sections in SketchUp

This is a quick example of how creating 3D details can be done, I've found them both better at communicating layers and materials but also helping greatly in the design process because you have to actually construct the parts as they will be done in the real world. Really helps catch conflicts before you even start.
