      In the USA, he would be able to ask or demand that we leave the property or demand we stop videoing. Private property laws in the United States are obviously not the same as those in the UK.
      As far as including children in the video, USA auditors can film children because there is NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY IN PUBLIC. Once you cross the threshold of your domicile, you have NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY.

    I recently subscribed because you usually come across as polite and interested in going to these places and don't seem to harass or be antagonistic for the sake of it or to people who treat you with respect and curtesy.
    However in this one it feels that you're really itching for either confrontation or just escalating things when the receptionist and especially the security were being extremely polite to you and were trying to avoid asking you to leave, despite you repeatedly telling them what they can and can't do.
    You come across very well informed and I appreciate that they slipped up with the signage issue and not displaying the security card but I've seen much worse failings in your other videos and far worse attidues towards you the people featured here. There were some positives in this audit I felt and we don't always need a confrontation to be forced, especially when you can gage the security guy was genuinely trying to be accommodating and polite. That's what the auditors who just do it to be a pain and get views seem to do but I and I think others hold you to higher regard than that.

    how many times do you need to tell someone "you can ask me to leave"
    and they replied "can u stop filming"
    that was so frustrating 🤣
    so if I want to send some pictures of what they sell they won't allow it 🤨 that's just bad marking

    Games Workshop have that rule for ages about no filming on site or streaming they was really nice about it you was just being difficult DJ. They didn't want you leave just you cant film there.

    • @DJAUDITS
      @DJAUDITS 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I can understand that point if it means inside the building only. They said I couldn't film my exit or even the buildings. Surely that's a bit excessive even in your view?

    • @GrimTech
      @GrimTech 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@DJAUDITS That's as I understood it you cant film or stream inside Warhammer world its a bit of a shame as you cant record games you play there. I honestly don't think they would of stopped you filming in the carpark but you kind of pushed them A lot of their staff are working like there dream job at a place they love because of the IP - I don't think any of them want you to leave because they love that place. If you get a chance go back and have a look around Warhammer world its amazing inside

    • @GrimTech
      @GrimTech 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@DJAUDITS BTW They had a massive sewage leak about 6 months ago that ruined a lot of there stock so that is probably what the dead stock is its contaminated so not much you can do with it.

    You can actually hear Ducky angrily slapping the "no filming" sign on the counter at 9:41. Camera but no video? What's video, but a series of images? Their goon was decent enough, but tragically and typically incapable of grasping the very basics of his job and the limits of his tiny amount of authority.

    The company will not donate surplus, damaged, or returned stock because it will dilute its market. It wants to generate as much income as possible.
    As with any commercial organisation supplying to the general public, it will guard its image. All promotional and advertising material will be carefully crafted. Allowing the public to film the "Experience" and shop is dangerous because the company cannot control that footage and the impression it conveys. Furthermore, the concept of "dilution" applies here also. The company wants people to visit (and pay for the privilege) so doesn't want to let its secrets and surprises out free of charge.
    For such a vigorous policy, like you I am surprised that the company has not troubled to display notices at the entrance. That reception chap whisked that notice onto the desk when the security fellow arrived and was clever enough to try to avoid being filmed doing so. The security employee was courteous and undemanding. Full marks there.
