And either way, for some things (like fast paced competitive gaming), having a middle man device that processes the HDMI signal before sending it to the tv, is surely not ideal? For things like movies or casual games it actually looks pretty cool though! And i’m not a fan of rear screen lighting, i think its a distraction, but this being completely relative to the onscreen colour, actually makes sense. I like it

Great product! However the omission of HDMI 2.1 is a definite no go. If I payed extra for an 85” OLED TV that goes up to 120Hz I’m not gonna just use it at 60Hz. not to mention the fact that it will outright not support 8K for any future upgrades.

I have zero issues with the camera, even before the option they added to have at the bottom, i already used at the bottom. Camera is behind the soundbar. So now you dont have a camera and now you get a sync-box in view. Camera has way lower profile than this box

Second, having camera at the bottom also fixes that reflection issue. Other fix could be adding a black piece of cloth on your table to prevent surrounding reflections to bounce to the camera

    Nice video, mate 👌
But i have a question related with applying the leds on the G3 Oled TV.
I've recently bought one, but i use the provided wall mount on it, so the darker part of the TV (where you apply the leds) is flush on the wall. So, my question is, is it possible to apply the leds on the light grey part of the tv, or it wouldn't be safe for the screen (maybe due to the leds warming a bit and damaging the screen)?
Thank you in advance, and keep up the good work.
PS: If it's safe, i will also wait for the 2.1 hdmi box 👍

People like to shit on Philips Hue for various (sometimes right) reason, but they've got an 8K box in the pipeline which pretty much sees all of these things off.

So you cant just run your PC through it and have it replicate the colors on the monitor? You have to constantly tell it what you are doing on the screen?... and what about display port users? No problems?

So what's it like in let's say a modern fight choreography? Or when they switch between two characters on the phone with each other? I'd imagine sitting in a dark room while the lights Flickr so rapidly is not a pleasant viewing experience.
