James, for the last 2 years, when we've gone on holiday for 2 weeks, I put all my houseplants in the bath tub with 2-3 inches of water. They are all beautifully happy and healthy when we return.
This is so- interesting. I had no idea that I could do something about the sides of the mouth, and their relation with the large intestine and spleen. Am going to read Yang Sheng again.
Hi Katie and Team. I’m really struggling with sciatic pain in my lower back/hip and terrible clicking and popping joints. I have just started HRT but no relief from the constant nagging pain and discomfort. I know from following you that pain and toxicity gets stuck in the joints. I been gua shaing with my body restorer and doing qigong in the mornings but I’m so uncomfortable. I had loads of pelvic pain in pregnancy years ago so think I have a weak pelvis. I can’t think straight, it’s awful. Any advice gratefully received.
Hi Katie, still watching but just had to ask if you could possibly do a skin care/makeup routine and tell us what you use as your skin is amazing. Thank you. Rosemary xx
Great info-thanks. Yes, I did the whole low fat and diet coke thing. I did stop diet coke in my early 30's but wasn't until a few years ago started eating good fats. So helpful for me personally. Wondering what hair color can be used that is nontoxic? Think I would like to at least highlight my hair again. Not sure as it is a hassle and expense. Go back and for on that :)
According to AI: "Gua sha is an ancient Chinese healing technique that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to improve circulation and promote healing."
