we've waited 8 WEEKS to post this video

After 8 gruelling weeks of going backwards, we can finally move forwards with the van!
It’s been a long road to this point, with finding 5 leaks, having to tear out previously done work that wasn’t up to standard, taking out windows, putting them back in and the same again with our sleeping pods… it’s seemed a bit like Groundhog Day - nothing seemed like it was moving in a forward direction
BUT, in this episode, we’re in the midst of progress! We have a go at making our floor battens - but we run into a couple problems… 1) we need to sound deaden first, and 2) we need to vapour barrier the wheel arch boxes - in typical Otis and SJ fashion we discover the need to do these 2 jobs during the process of doing other jobs, so it’s a bit all over the shop - but in the end we do get those 2 jobs done and are now fully prepped for fitting our battens ready for the floor to go in!
