I'm in my late 30s.. This is actually the kind of mosh pit I like. I'm so tired of that metalcore/deathcore shit of people wind-milling and spin kicking. Old school most pits were just a bunch of happy people bouncing and pushing off each other and having a good time. If someone fell you picked them up, made sure they were cool, patted them on the back and got right back to it.
