Nothing wrong with his driving. I have the same car and there's not much going on with the engine south of 4k. He's keeping it right in the power band without "revving the sack off it". Exactly how the car is designed to be driven.

Car would pull round most of those bends in a higher gear but its youtube so people have to rev the ball-sack off their cars.

These motors are made to live above 4500RPM. He is driving as intended. If he was showing off he would stay above 6000
