A road is there that connects both sections but it was not opened to the public the last time I went there

Last time you went the prices were around 16 million, and now its 20 millions plus.

@walmos i just checked. Some is quarter acre . While some are 5996 square ft you're right .

@maximum833 Thanks for the info. Maybe the ones at the back where I said the houses needed to get the bush cut have more land space but the ones close to the entrance are very close to each other.
