I understand your concern. I'm giving you an algorithm of actions. I think for a short trip to Russia, less than $ 10,000 is quite enough for a tourist, which does not even need to be declared. Most of the tap water in the U.S. is laced with sodium fluoride, and much of the food contains GMOs grown with glyphosate (weed killer). So you don't have to go all the way to Russia to get poisoned. I know of no one who got poisoned in Russia. I have heard of two or three Russians who got poisoned in Britain, so if I were Russian, I would not be in a rush to visit "Perfidious Albion".
