gg riot, they reduce the passive duration by 2 sec in aram but are too stupid to reduce ult use delay by 2 sec. Typical "we do things without testing" case
Just played it in ARAM on live. It looks like they screwed up the lockout, you only have 1s after you die to cast the ULT before you can't anymore instead of 2. Karth ARAM WR went from like 53% to 47.5%
Feels like i tickle tanks and bruiser comps with Karma though if its not an early win. Playing against such comps just makes me wish towers deal percentage damage

It seems as though Riot is trying or can target specific champions' spells with cooldown nerfs. Why not do that instead of the terrible negative ability haste nerfs that make a whole champ feel unfun? For instance, Ashe could just have W cooldown increased in aram but keep her ult the normal one

Nunu w is currently visually broken in aram aswell. When nunu let goes the snowball it goes invisible but still does damage and knockup.
